Yesterday we found my snail, Samwise, dead in the tank
Rest in peace little buddy
We are keeping the shell, we disinfected it with soapy water after getting the flesh out.
We are having troubles figuring out what to do with his shell. Any suggestions?

My mystery snail laid eggs last night!
I will be letting them hatch then I will be selling them here in the next month or so!

Mystery snails are SO pretty.
The diet I have set for my mystery snails is algae tabs and broccoli, they'll also eat access fish food in the tank (thanks to that, my tanks have been so clean!) They do require some form of calcium for the strength of their shells.
They are peaceful creatures that can be put with Guppies, Mollies, and even Betta fish!

A fact about mystery snails is that, unlike other types of snails, mystery snails need a partner to reproduce. They can not breed by themselves

BETTA CARE:

If you're wanting a betta. The first thing to know is just because at pet stores, bettas are in little cups, does NOT make it okay. Bettas actually need a 5 gallon tank for just one. The cups they're put in is straight up fish abuse.
This is my betta, Smaug, who I rescued from a pet store not too long ago. He's got healing to do right now.
And secondly, there are SOME fish that can be kept with a betta, such as molly fish. As well as be kept with mystery snails. But do be careful as it depends on the personality of the betta.
