✨ IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE ✨

Hey everyone! To keep things running smoothly and ensure the best experience for all my clients, I’ve made some updates to my booking policies. Please take a moment to read through them before scheduling your appointment.

📌 Booking & Deposits:

✅ A non-refundable deposit of [$50] is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your final balance.
✅ Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

🚨 Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• 48+ hours’ notice: No penalty; your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
• 24-48 hours’ notice: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
• Same-day cancellations/no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service cost, and future bookings require full prepayment.

💡 Emergencies happen! If you have an urgent situation, please communicate with me as soon as possible.

⏳ Out of respect for other clients, A $20 late fee applies after 15 minutes. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the full service charge will apply.

❌ No refunds on services. If there is an issue, please let me know before you leave so I can address it.

💰 The remaining balance is due at the start of your appointment.
💳 Accepted payment methods: Cash app, Zelle, CASH, Square!

My salon is located at M capellis in Lancaster Ohio!
Full address will be provided upon booking!

Private lessons are a great option for dog owners who want to be hands-on with their pup’s training!

We meet one-on-one each week, giving you the skills and confidence to work with your dog. After each session, you’ll have personalized homework to practice and apply what you’ve learned. Being part of the process means you’re involved every step of the way, making the results even more rewarding!
