Nicole was my tutor for both Level 2 and level 3 City & Guilds dog grooming courses. Nicole is a qualified tutor with a wealth of experince in the dog grooming industry and this showed throughout the courses and in her teaching.
Nicole is both very supportive and encouraging.
At the begining of the course, i was particularly apprehensive about the theory side of the course but Nicole has a knack for making learning and studying so much fun.
She made me feel so at ease in the practical side of things and had the confidence in me before i even had it in myself.
Nicole went to great lengths to make sure I understood every aspect of the course but also more importantly what its like to be a dog groomer in the real world, her hints and tips are something I will carry with me throughout my own journey working with dogs.

Deciding to embark as a student at an older age was quite daunting but Nicole immediately made me feel at ease, she is friendly and professional.
The courses had a lot of practical and theory coursework, which terrified the life out of me, however Nicole made the classes fun whilst learning. She has alot of patience and encouraged me all the time even when i doubted myself and thought i would never get through it, however it was down to Nicoles time and effort that i passed both the levels and got my certificates as a qualified dog groomer as she believed in me more than i did myself.
