I have a sad update. Mama went into labor on her own, but her blood pressure and oxygen dropped so we continued with the c-section. Unfortunately there were too many big babies and they were very bruised and injured from her being too small to carry them. They had water puppy syndrome, and they didn't make it. We are so bummed, but mama is safe, healthy and healing. Thank you for all of the love.

Update. Just got back. 8+ pups all alive. Her progesterone levels were a little to high for a c-section today. They gave her a shot to make sure that the pups lungs are developed. She goes back tomorrow for a 12pm c-section, unless miraculously she gives birth tonight. The pups look huge for her though. 1 was stressed so if not tonight, it has to be tomorrow. I will keep everyone posted 😃
Iso Affordable place to take a pregnant Rescue for induction or c-section.
She has 7-9 pups none in birth canal and she is fully dilated. No contractions, fever, or distress.

Update. New and amazing home found. Thank you for your shares and those with kind words.

Unfortunately the other dogs in the home that took these sweet babies aren't accepting them. So this sweet girl and boy pup are looking for a new forever home. They are so smart and well mannered. They lay on their back and submit to otherr dogs, great with kids, have been around goats and they love snuggling and playing. Let me know if you have a loving home for them. ❤️

Edit: They have been rehomed together at a wonderful house filled with love. So thankful!

These sweet babies were found at the bottom of the 18. The lighter one is a girl and the darker is a boy. They are sweet and smart. They already sit in 2 days. They have been dewormed and will get their first set of shots on Monday. Not sure the breeds. Light grey, black and brown coloring. Very calm, but curious. Paws aren't big either. Let me know if you are interested in meeting these loves. I really hope that they can stay together, they love eachother so much 💗
