Help Frankie the one Eyed cat with heartworm, saved from Euthanasia
Meet Frankie!
He was found on the streets of Lake Worth and needed his eye removed. He was on the rescue pull list from Palm Beach Animal Control which means if he doesn’t get pulled in a certain amount of days he will be euthanized. He is also heartworm positive! We agreed to take him with the help of Rescue Life. Palm Beach Animal Control Shelter removed his eye before he came to us.❤️🩹🙏
We picked Frankie up yesterday, he was in pain and scared. We reassured him he would have the best life ever❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹.
He arrived at Donna’s house and is healing there for now❤️🩹🙏.
Please help Frankie live his best life despite his aliments❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
We can not help these helpless animals without YOUR support🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗

Weekend Adventures for the animals at Florida Rescue Ranch
It’s Friday!!!
Lots of the animals here at the sanctuary get really excited for the weekends!! It’s adventure days for them. They go into different pastures or different areas on the weekends.
Everyone loves adventures!! Sometimes things can get crazy sometimes it’s just fun and relaxing….you just never know what will happen so it’s an adventure for us too😂😂😂
Last weekend the minis had so much fun on the track they would not come back when we called them so we had to go get them and bring them back in!!
Do any of you have adventures planned for this weekend??

When we rescue an animal we ensure that it will be given the best future life possible filled with so much happiness and love. Smooth was on the euthanasia list and only had a couple days. With an obstruction in his colon given up by his owner, we came in to give him a new life! He could not be happier in his life today🥰🥰🥰. We love you Smooth🥰. #rescuedog #sanctuary #love #happiness #happy #bestlife

Levi is Happy to be Alive and Home!
Lexi got to go out in a small area today for a couple hours to walk around and munch on grass! Boy was she excited! She is telling us she feels pretty good now and is grateful for being alive❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
Her new schedule for a week so we can monitor her is mostly stall time with some hand walking and a couple hours a night in a paddock to graze and move around.
She is happy and so grateful to be alive 🥰
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT❤️🩹🥰❤️🙏
Lexi arriving home from the week stay at the hospital!!
Lexi update:
Today I got up at 5am. Did all the dog and cat chores. Got ready, fed Gus, got the trailer all packed and ready. Charlotte and her daughter arrived around 6:45, we loaded up Skye the Weanling who had cataract surgery and left for her appointment with Dr. Carastro at Palm Beach Equine.
During the 1.5 hour trip I received a text from Lexi’s vet saying she was ready to go home❤️🩹. Her discharge papers were done and we could come pick her up:-)
We arrived at PBE for Skye’s appointment and Dr Carastro said her eyes were clear and she is seeing great. Her pressure was down considerably in both eyes since last appointment 3 weeks ago.
Skye gets multiple eye meds in her eyes everyday. She has for 6 weeks and they will continue for about 6 months post surgery. She had a great checkup report. We loaded her back in the trailer and were off to pick up Lexi nearby at Rood and Riddle.
We arrived 10 mins later at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital, there were a few horses being discharged when we arrived. We waited a few minutes, then they brought Lexi out and we loaded her in the trailer. We usually give hay in the trailer, but I decided to wait and give Lexi hay when we got home. She was not happy about that! She pawed telling me she was annoyed…lol. She is on a specific diet with special instructions so I wanted to wait.
After she was loaded we headed off back home to Vero. When we arrived home we had some buddies that were happy to see the girls!!
George the donkey was braying with excitement for them❤️. Orion was so excited to see his best friend Skye. Red was so very excited to see Lexi❤️❤️❤️.
We have to monitor Lexi for the next 7-10 days until we know for sure she is back to normal.
A HUGE THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS DONATED TO HELP SAVE LEXI. ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹🙏🙏🙏
We could NOT do this work without your support🙏🥰🥰🥰
Her hospital bill is over 6k, if you would like
