Shop Policies as of March 7, 2023. As I learn what needs to be added to ensure the safety of my business and my clients, these policies may be updated to reflect any necessary changes. Additional policies are found in the photographs below!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Service Gear Renew is not responsible for buyers remorse. Any financial decision to buy gear is your responsibility and not this shops.

LOGOS: Some Service Dog training companies (like Canine Companions for Independence) contractually require you to have their logo on the gear of the dog you obtain from them. Service Gear Renew will only remove logos if there was no contractual agreement between company and handler stating that the logo must be used. PLEASE read over your training contracts before coming to Service Gear Renew for a logo removal. Service Gear Renew is not liable for any client breaking a contract with their Service Dog training company regarding removing logos.

Hi! My name is Paige and my service dog’s name is Mina! I decided to create Service Gear Renew after redoing a vest that I was disappointed in after not being able to find a shop that offered reworks. I saw a need in the community and decided to fill it! I am excited about the prospect of this small business and hope that I can help people love their gear again! 💖
