Doudou was returned to the shelter after a month at his adopter’s home as the adopter decided that she didn’t have time for him after all.
Sweet Doudou doesn’t understand why he’s back at the shelter but at least he has BBQ and Cranky for company.
Rescue work is difficult because there’s so many tough choices to make; do we continue to put effort into advertising our senior cats or should we redirect our limited manpower towards younger cats with a better chance?
With a heavy heart, we have to move on. Rest assured, Doudou and BBQ will spend the rest of their retirement at the shelter but we do wish they could have had a chance at a home 😢

Backstory
In 2017, Autumn was abandoned along with 3 other cats on Pulau Hantu. They survived on scraps left behind by gardening workers until they were rescued and brought back to the mainland. Thankfully, Autumn never has to struggle another day in her life as she is well cared for and well fed at the shelter. Despite her rough start, she remains loving and affectionate towards humans and would certainly thrive when given the chance to go home with a lucky family.

Adoption fee is $250 for cost of vaccination, deworm, deflea and sterilization
There will be a house inspection to ensure meshing is done and 2 week trial stay period.
