Celebrating #EarthDay 🌎
Our environmentally friendly approach to our Canvas bones is an element of our brand that we are incredibly proud of.
Whereas the vast majority of plush toys are filled with harmful polyfiber, ours are filled with a stuffing made from recycled plastic bottles ♻️
With 1.1 million marine wildlife killed each year due to plastic bottles in the ocean, we are proud to be paving the way for more brands, big or small, to make the change to use recycled plastics in the manufacturing of their products 💚
Fireworks are triggering for dogs, and in the worst cases can even cause heart attacks. Thats why we wanted to share some tips to keep your dogs as calm as possible over the coming days.
- Feed your dog slightly earlier than usual, as if they do begin to feel anxious they may lose their appetite.
- Close all doors and windows leading outside, and close all your curtains to stop the sound and lights from the fireworks flashing through. If you do have to go outside, make sure you shut your dog in a different room before opening the front door.
- Turn your TV or radio up slightly louder than you’d usually have it to mask the sound of the fireworks.
- Keep your dog stimulated by playing with their favourite toys.
- Behave as normally as possible around your dog as he/she will pick up if you’re acting strangely.
- Don’t leave your dog alone, especially if you know they don’t like fireworks.
- Explore the possibility of anxiety-reducing plug-ins and sprays.
- See if wrapping your dog up in blankets helps settles them (it may or it may not, so be careful to monitor their reaction and take the blankets off if their reaction isn’t positive).
And here we are again, at the most dreaded few nights of the year for us dog owners. So whilst we wait for the whizzes and bangs to start, we wanted to share a few last minute tips and tricks to keep your furbabies as calm as possible 🎇

We wouldn’t be protective dog mums and dads if we didn’t hold a little sprinkling of hate for bonfire night festivities, but keep stay strong and remember that in a few days it’ll be all but a distant memory ✨🐾
