Hello everyone, I have completed another commission for a winning bidder on the Dedicated to Dachshunds charity auction. This is the adorablely beautiful Poppy who sadly passed in November. Another commission for a charity auction completed. Really enjoyed drawing the very handsome "Twiglet". This gorgeous boy has IVDD so gets around with his doggy wheel chair. His owner says it doesn't stop him living life to the full. The D2D charity helps families who have dogs with IVDD so this was a cause close to her heart. I'm happy to report that she received her pawtrait today and was very happy with it...let's hope Twiglet gives his Paw of approval!(Photo publishing with owners permission).

I'm so excited to share this with you all. Rachel was the winning bidder when I offered a pawtrait as an auction item to raise money for a charity that raises money for Dachshunds with IVDD. Rachel has sent me my first ever thank you video next to the model himself and her other beautiful pups. Rachel, Mr B was a pleasure to draw and I'm so glad you love your pawtrait.

New project started....for those that are wondering this base layer I put on is a very fine graphite powder. I use it to fill in the basic light and shadow areas. All of the fine details are then drawn on top with graphite pencils...one hair at a time!
