Your fur baby’s fur with you furever

Inspired by the passing of my BFF’s Thor, and more recently my sweet Teeny, Forever Heart Pet Keepsakes offers the pet owner the opportunity to have a bit of their pet with them literally furever. And as soft as the needle felted fur heart is, believe it or not, it’s like actually petting your pet -- you can feel the softness of your pet fur woven into the 100% wool felting.

What do we do, what do we offer? Pet fur is needle felted into hearts that are either on display in a variety of wall art, Christmas ornaments, or are held close by Waldorf inspired fairies or angels. As you can see in the photo album, we offer a wide variety of styles and options.

And, even better, in some cases when fur is workable, it can be made into almost like a long coat rather than the felted heart, and it really is like petting your cherished do or cat. You can see that in the picture of the gold framed wall hanging with the red heart that has a cream heart in the center with a ginger stripe down the middle -- that’s the only piece of Teeny’s very soft coat that we had, the rest was coarser and is nestled inside the cream colored felted heart. But when you stroke that ginger stripe, it’s Teeny’s softness you feel.

I stress fairies or angels because for the current pet owner, this is a great opportunity to have your pet’s fur collected after brushing or grooming. For pets who have passed, the fairies are given their wings, as are your cherished pet, and fairies become angels.
