End Of The Leash Dog Training Fun, games based dog training to empower you & your dog. To build that powerful relationship, turning weaknesses into strengths. I myself own a nervous dog.

Achieving your goals, & truly seeing that the dog is your best friend. End of the Leash can teach an old dog new tricks! Sometimes we can become overwhelmed with our dogs. Their struggles become our struggles. The walks become stressful and hard work and sometimes you feel like throwing in the towel and giving up. This is where End of The Leash can help you by turning those struggles into strength

s. Building and improving your relationship bond with your dog. I know all too well about the lunging, pulling & barking at other dogs and have been given the label as an "aggressive, reactive dog". When in fact he would run the other way. This all changed for me when I found the power of games based training and now Rocky is a fully assessed Therapy dog for Canine Concern and is the first Cornish Well Being & Trauma Dog for Devon & Cornwall Police. ( Very proud mum)

Here at End of The Leash we will help you through the means of concept training to reshape your dogs brain, so they make the right choices before you have to say a word or prompt them. How Can We Help

We will empower you and your dog and make your dreams come true by the power of games. Games based training, trains for the situation, not in the situation, turning weaknesses into strengths, & building & growing our strengths. Spending time with your dog having fun and playing games will help with all areas such as recall, gaining off lead freedom, a calmer house, lunging, barking & pulling and where you become sexier than the cat next door!! I have owned dogs all my life and built strong relationships with all of them, but I wanted to know more. I wanted to understand why they do what they do, so I completed the Pro Dog Trainer programme with Absolute Dogs and the level one behaviourist course. This is where I fell in love with dog training and wanting to be able to help people. What you can expect

The superman position is when your dog lays
sprawled out on the ground with their belly
pressed to the floor, their back legs behind
them, and their front legs stretched forward.
Sometimes called a
"sploot," this is a common
position among puppies and very playful dogs.

Meaning: When your dog sleeps on their
stomach in the superman position, it means
that they're tired but ready to play if the
opportunity arises.

The lion’s pose sleeping position (also called ‘the sphinx’) is when your dog sleeps with their head on top of their paws — similar to statues of lions you might see outside of large buildings. Your dog can also fall asleep in this position with their front paws tucked in and their back legs at one side.

Meaning: When dogs sleep in this position it means they are resting, but not sleeping deeply. Dogs will often start out in this position if they feel like they will need to jump up quickly.”

Just like humans, dogs love to sleep on their side. Lying on their side with their legs extended is one of the most common sleeping positions for dogs. This sleeping position is especially prominent in puppies as well as older dogs who may be suffering from stiff joints.
MEANING: When your dog sleeps on their side, it means they feel relaxed and safe in their environment.
POSITION: Lying on their side with their legs extended
PERSONALITY: Side sleepers are trusting and loyal. They'll snooze just about anywhere but prefer their own bed.
