At Eugene Microgreens, your health is our concern. In regards coronavirus COVID-19 , we are as concerned as you are and want to assure you that we are taking steps to prevent contact and spread of the virus. In addition to our standard rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols, our grower has isolated herself and the micro farm to maintain a sanitary environment in an effort to keep our micros free of contamination during this outbreak. Your microgreens will go directly from our sanitary environment to your cooler with absolutely no contact with people and our driver will be using gloves to transport them. We can help with social distancing. Stay home and allow us to provide you with these amazing little powerhouses of nutrition!

Microgreens are amazing little veggies harvested at 7-15 days growth for maximum flavor, tenderness, and nutrition. A 2012 study by the University of Maryland tested microgreens for several vitamins and found they contained 4-40 times more nutrients than their mature vegetable counterparts.

For customers in the Eugene/Springfield area, we currently offer month-to-month subscription service, with free delivery to your home or office. You will receive a weekly delivery of our freshest microgreens, harvested that day. You can cancel or change your preferences anytime.

Here’s How it Works

1. First, pick a box and pick a size for your weekly delivery
2. We will text a reminder the day before deliveries
3. All orders are delivered each Monday
4. Please leave a cooler on your porch. This will keep your micros cool and healthy until you get home!
5. We supply reusable containers and a new ice pack weekly. Please leave used containers and ice pack in your cooler. We’ll pick them up when we make our weekly deliveries and supply you with new ones.
6. Your micros should last about 10+ days in your refrigerator!
7. Sometimes we over-grow and may have specialty items or micro-herbs to offer you as an “add-on” for the week.

Then, around the first of each month, you’ll receive an email with your next month’s bill.
