If so, you are eligible for CAIP funds!

CAIP reimburses up to 75% on projects (up to $5,000) that increase farm income and implement new systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Applications will be accepted from 9/23/24 to 10/11/24 and must be submitted in person or by email.

Thank you all for the feedback about all the sourdough breads and treats you've purchased this season. I wanted to share some of the feedback I received as I'm trying to be a better baker and steward of sourdough.

"The COTTAGE LOAF was more sour than the sandwich loaf, but both were still tasty."

"The sourdough brownies are delicious and I love the chocolate chips but have you thought about doing a white chocolate Brownie?"

"The sandwich loaf is so fluffy and I think it taste the same as the round loaf but the textures are different."

"This loaf is heavy, but it taste like sourdough and my family enjoyed it."

"Can you make more cinnamon rolls because I keep missing the chance to purchase."

"The jalapeno cheddar is my favorite!"

"The Blueberry lemon loaf was to die for, but can you try it as a sandwich loaf?"

"I love the chocolate loaves and the one with coffee....so good."

Some of you all also asked for precut loaves. I do hesitate to precut the loaves because this could effect the quality of the bread, especially if you don't eat it within 3-4 days if it's been on the counter.

"Can you make more samplers? I feel it gives new sourdough people a better idea of all the flavors."

PRO TIP: This bread has no preservatives so the shelf life is short. Slice what you want and freeze the rest until you want more. It reheats great!

Hey! Thanks everyone for your support the last 3 years. This year we are so excited to announce that we are selling all our farm products at The Riverside Farnsley-Moreman Farmer's Market on Sundays from 10am-1pm starting June 2024. Pickup available from our new farm as well. For the first time ever we will accept SNAP/EBT transactions! We look forward to feeding you all this season and meeting your friends and family along the way. Hello fam! 4 puppies left! I will be picking up the others on 7/30. I can bring them to Jefferson Co from Metcalfe Co and hand them off to you. If you're interested please DM or text me 502-299-0054.

I'll be making a trip to pickup some of these border collie/Pit Mixes on July 30th. They are now 8 weeks old and growing strong. If you're interested in some of the litter please hit me up. There are 11 total and 7 need to be re-homed. I am charging a transportation fee (plus the cost of the puppy) if I go pick them up from Metcalfe Co and bring them to Jefferson Co and I'm happy to do! Half of the non-refundable fees (cost of plus plus transport fee) is due before we make the trip and the rest is due when the pup is in your arms. If you are a neighbor to Jefferson Co we can discuss drop off plans just DM me. They will have had their first visit to the vet and their vaccines, they are being potty trained, they've been treated for worms and ticks, and they've been given a multivitamin. All pups will come with a less and collar, and wellness paperwork. Disclaimer: Please follow the story of the pups in previous post. I, nor my Mom, are licensed breeders. I'm just trying to help connect to families that want to help raise a puppy or 2 so she doesn't have to take them to the pound. Look at how cute though....awwwwwwww!!!
