Hello! There is an event in May I would like to talk to you all about. I think you all would like it because it helps homeless pets get what they need. It's called the Furry Scurry and it's hosted by The Denver Dumb Friends League. Basically the event is where people register themselves and their dogs to do a walk around Washington Park to raise money for DDFL to keep being able to help meet the needs of homeless pets. They are a no kill shelter so the animals that come into their shelters/care stay there until they are able to be adopted out. That takes a lot of time and money to be able to meet the needs of 1400 animals that can be within their 5 different shelters state wide at any given time... The event requires registration and now is the time to register while they are still giving registration at early bird prices.
