A friend has a lovely older rescue looking for a new pasture. See blurb below. I have a couple more pictures and videos, can answer basic questions, and connect you to his owner. Don't let his age fool you - he's a special guy ❤️ If we already had a new property I'd just bring him home lol:

17-17.1 hand approx 25 yr old imported Trakhaner gelding. He is a huge goof ball and named accordingly- Linus. He loves mud and loves his blankets/sheets. He was a very fancy jumper/ dressage all of his life before ending up in a horrible situation some how. Linus is extremely well trained with leg cues and all so he needs a knowledgable home. He can be trail ridden and handled by all. He is very vocal at feeding time and loves hay. We feed him 2 scoops of Nutrena Pro fuel senior, alfalfa cubes/ beet pulp and free choice hay twice a day. We are looking for someone that has an indoor arena or appropriate turnout for winter. He was a show horse for so long that he loves his stall and hates to stand in the sun. So stall with ceiling fan or box fan when it’s warm. There is so much to say about this wonderful guy!! He will remain here until the perfect match is found!!!! Forever home is required.

Words cannot express how proud I am of the progress Bunny has made since we purchased her ❤️ Although my mom and I questioned the decision at first - looking at the fearful and scarred filly. She would plant herself in the corner of the stall butt towards us. We couldn't help but wonder if we were in over our heads. But - she was a Mory baby so we had to try. After many launches forward followed by steps back, then launches forward again- we couldn't love her more. We're thankful that her previous owner sought us out - knowing we'd considered buying her as a weanling and that she needed time. We're even more thankful for Still Waters Horse Farm. JR and Kathy - without you I don't know what we would have done or where Bunny would be. You took a terrified filly in pain and turned her into a goofy delight we look forward to seeing each week. We're so blessed to have been connected to you. Thank you for all that you've done to bring Bunny back ❤️

Last but not least - darling Charity ❤️ registered name - Charité du Sacré-Cœur" or Charity of the Sacred Heart. WelshxTB filly out of Gentle Breeze Top Gun and Mory B. Full sibling to Chewy, also approved ISR/Oldenburg NA, receiving an 8 for confirmation at the approvals!

Born on my parents and grandparents wedding anniversary she had to have a family name and a fancy one at that 😄 She is THE sweetest and most outgoing baby we have ever had. A true joy to be around and loves to snuggle.

We will be holding on to her to see how she develops ❤️

Taeonas Allaera aka "Alle". 20 yr old branded Holsteiner mare out of two imported parents (Camiros x Norentina). She's a little accident prone but the doll of the barn. She's built like a freight train with powerful gaits that gather a crowd.

She is another lifer in the herd and has quickly become one of my favorite horses of all time ❤️ Currently putting her back to work after being a pasture pet for years.

Meet True Mavel - aka "Tru". 2 yr old Hanoverian filly out of Toronto x Ria G.

Newer to the herd but a flashy mover with lots of chrome ❤️ We look forward to backing her next year to hopefully be my return to the dressage arena.

Meet Bunny! Aka Sail Away, 4 year old TB x Oldenburg cross (Sagnol x Mory B), approved and papered Oldenburg NA.

Although Bunny was by her side when we went to look at Mory - we only purchased Mory. We didn't have a place for a baby at the time.

As a 3yr old, her current owner (a wonderful woman) outreached to us to see if we'd be interested in her again. She'd been through a couple owners and had some rough experiences but we couldn't say no to a Mory baby.

She has been in training for the last year at Still Waters farm. JR and Kathy have done wonders to bring this horse back. ❤️ Although still quirky at times, she has shown herself to be as good hearted and athletic as her mom earning her a lifer spot in our herd.

Meet Johnny! Aka - I Will Be Good. 2003 AQHA gelding out of W***y Be Invited.

The antithesis of what I typically ride but fun all the same. We are working on soundness due to a navicular so his main job now is pasture pal and baby sitter for the weanlings. Another KSH lifer and favorite of my husband.

He loves to lay flat out (and scare the crud out of people) and his bff is Mory B.

Mory B - OTTB, approved Oldenburg NA. The mare that started it all...💕

We have three foals out of this mare (one we bought years after buying her because we adore her that much) and each is distinct and athletic. Wonderful hind end action and amazing work ethics. A proud lifer on our crew and best friends with my old QH Johnny.

She crosses well with warmbloods and the last two years we had AMAZING Welsh crosses out of her.

In foal now to a beautiful blue roan AQHA stallion for a 2024 babe ❣️
