I am a Qualified as a Pregnancy Ultrasonographer with VIS Solutions and avMicrochip Implanter Qualified with Peddymark to offer my services performing pregnancy confirmation and microchipping in cats, dogs and small furries. Microchipping your Pet to ensure if they're lost or stolen you have the best chance of being reunited.

- A Microchip (about the size of a grain of rice) is inserted under the skin between the shoulder blades.

- A quick procedure ensuring your pets identity is secure with its unique digital implanted number. Stored on a National DEFRA Database which can be read with a microchip scanner by all vets/dog wardens and other scanner users.

- Saves you time and takes away the stress of travelling with a litter of puppies. Puppies must be microchipped by 8 weeks of age and registered to the breeder as a first keeper, by law. Details can then be to the new owners on collection of their new puppy.

New for 2022

A change in the law by the Government for ALL CATS to be microchipped by 20 Weeks of Age or a £500 fine, so now there even more reason to microchip your cats. Again this can be done at your convenience in your own home ideal for those that don’t like the travel basket let alone a car journey. Pregnancy Ultrasound

Confirming pregnancy from at least 28 days. A New Veterinary Grade Ultrasound scanner is used to detect pregnancy in the comfort of your own home, a non-invasive procedure, completely safe where a water based clear gel is applied to the skin and the ultrasound probe to obtain a clear image produced from sound waves. Taking the guess work out of Pregnancy diagnosis giving you the benefit of more accurate dates if mating has occurred on a number of dates or if a mismating may have occurred. Although I cannot exactly tell how many gestational sacs are present a good representation is possible. It is possible to count the same gestational sac twice and they can easily hide behind one another! Reabsorption in early pregnancies is also a strong possibility. Singleton puppies can be picked up so you can be prepared for only one! If your bitch/queen is at all unwell and you have any concerns I would urge you to call your Veterinarian as Pyometra is a dangerous possibility in the unspayed bitch after a season and time is of the essence in these cases. Fully qualified, DEFRA compliant and covered by comprehensive public liability insurance, operating Covid-19 securely.

From the 10th of June 2024 it became a legal requirement for all cats over 20 weeks of age to be microchipped. This is to enable lost and stray cats to be identified and returned to their owners.

These two gorgeous siblings had their microchips this morning in their own home, making nothing of the procedure and posing nicely for a picture afterwards! If you have any questions or queries about microchipping please do not hesitate in messaging me.

She was so good and enjoyed her treat when we had finished.

I had the pleasure of visiting a client today to microchip her beautiful chunky pups. I also visited a few weeks ago to pregnancy ultrasound at 30 days to confirm her pregnancy. These pups were so brave! They are now ready for their new homes in the next few weeks.

A morning visit to see these gorgeous pups for their microchips.
Off to there new homes next week to including Guide Dog Association and 1 pup to be an Assistance dog. These pups have beautiful temperaments and are very confident.

It's a bit hot and these beauties are definitely hot to trot.
Who doesn't love a springer spaniel pup! And they were all so brave.
Microchipping took longer than expected this morning they all wanted a cuddle🤣🤣 Melting my heart!
