K9 Freedom Rides and Tazewell County Animal Shelter will be sponsoring an Angels of Assisi Spay/Neuter transport for dogs and cats on September 23, 2024.
Space is limited to 9 female dogs (only 2 over 50lbs), 9 male dogs (only 2 over 50lbs), 5 female cats, and 5 male cats.
Angels of Assisi will pick up registered animals at 7AM at the Tazewell County Animal Shelter, located at 736 Camp Joy Road, Bluefield, VA 24605.
Registration will be taken at the Tazewell County Animal Shelter beginning Wednesday, September 4th, 2024, at 12pm and will be
taken until all spots are filled. 276-988-5795
This is for Tazewell County VA residents only and will be limited to one animal per household but we do have another one scheduled!
Dogs and cats must be owned and friendly.
We are a funding a portion of this to lower costs for residents so please take advantage of this great opportunity! Remaining spay/neuter costs must be paid by the owner and are due at the time of registration (CASH ONLY) . Fees include spay/neuter, pain medication and rabies shot

Dogs and cats MUST BE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OLD

Vaccines $20.00, 4dx testing $30.00, Feline combo test $25.00, General de-wormer $15.00, Broad Spectrum de-wormer $25.00, Flea/Tick topical prevention $20.00, Microchipping $20.00
Information needed for registration:
Photo ID (with current address), good working phone number, animals name, s*x, color, approximate age and weight, and any medical conditions.
