Adoptable Sesame - one of the Spice Litter Pups!

This sweet boy is ready for his forever home! This is what his foster has to say!

⭐ Meet Sesame!

Sesame turns heads everywhere he goes. He’s a stunning, camera-ready pup with the sweetest face and an even sweeter heart. Sesame is a gorgeous, gentle lil guy with the kindest eyes. He’s incredibly cuddly and loves to curl up right next to you or on you, and give you kisses, whether it’s in your lap, on the floor or tucked into the blankets on the couch. Affection and time playing with you is truly his favorite thing, you can hear him wiper from excitement for it!

He’s doing wonderfully in his crate and building good confidence picking up potty training for his age. Sesame has that adorable puppy clumsiness, big paws, eager energy, and a tendency to run with so much enthusiasm that he bumps into things. He keeps you laughing in the best way.

He’s not the biggest fan of loud noises (the dishwasher is his sworn enemy 😅), but his temperament is soft and gentle during grooming. He tolerates teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and handling with surprising patience for such a young guy.

Sesame loves bones, plays with goofy charm feet flaring all around, and is growing more confident and curious every day. He’s a sweet, loving boy who’s ready to bond deeply with someone and be their little shadow, snuggle buddy, and truly best friend! 🥺💙

Adopt me! Share me - Lucy! Adoptable in the greater Denver area🩷

Lucy is the cutest pup, with an equally adorable personality. She was dumped in an area in TX, notorious for dumping animals and leaving them to fend for themselves.

Thanks to a Good Samaritan who took her in and reached out for help, she was able to make her way to Colorado, where she has been flourishing!

Per her foster:
“Lucy is a 3.5 month old 12lb Jack Russel terrier mix. She is small but full of enthusiam! She’s very curious about her environment and loves to chase leaves. She’s great with other dogs of all sizes and plays well with kids. She is very smart and picks up commands easily. She already knows how to sit, wait patiently for her meals, and walks on leash. She is doing well in her potty training and sleeps in her crate; although she would prefer to snuggle with you and lay on your arms or lap. She is a sweet and precious love nugget!”

Nyx needs a Colorado foster or a foster-to-adopt home ASAP!

Our old gal is not a fan of the whipper snappers (younger dogs) in her current foster home and probably needs to be a solo dog and in a calmer environment. She unfortunately needs to leave her current foster home ASAP as she is really stressed out!😖

Nyx, a 12 year old cutie, was dropped off by someone at a very high k*** shelter after her owner died. Due to overcrowding and lack of space, she was euth* listed. We brought her to Denver to help her get a second chance.

Here’s what her current foster says about her:

Meet Sage! 🥹

Another one of the Spice Litter babies! This is what her foster has to say about her:

“She is the sweetest, calmest puppy we’ve ever met. Every day she’s getting more and more brave, and we’re seeing her playful personality come out. She loves to snuggle and have her belly scratched, but she’s confident enough to just hang out in the same room without being on top of us all the time. I’m currently sitting at the kitchen table writing this and she’s curled up on a pillow next to me.

Her favorite things include laying outside in the yard in the sun, curling up on her donut bed, and running for the sound of the treat bag opening.

She hasn’t had an accident in the house and knows to run to the back door when she needs to be let out. She’s also great with other dogs (we have three) and loves meeting new people. I don’t think she necessarily needs a home with another dog since she’s confident and likes exploring things on her own.

She’s really such an affectionate, sweet, calm puppy that I think would be the perfect fit for any person/couple/family.

Meet Ginger!

Ginger is one of the Spice girl puppies and we can’t wait to find her a forever home 🙌

She was rescued after being dumped in the woods of Splendora, TX with her mom and siblings. A local rescuer had been trying for months to find rescue backing to help save the pups and mama. She arrived in CO last weekend and has been charming foster parents.

“The cooler version of a Spice Girl. Meet Ginger.

Ginger recently checked into camp, a tiny short stack from the Texas dirt with a big heart. She warms up to people in about 60 seconds and is genuinely excited to meet other pups. She walks like a lady on a leash and, without much help, has almost earned her potty-trained Girl Scout badge. She loves snuggles, sleeps best near her humans (with a little help onto the bed), and has a quiet goofy streak that comes out once she feels safe.

Saturday was transport day, and our adorable Spice litter arrived to start their new beginnings here in Colorado.

When we saw a plea go out for a rescue to step up for a mama dog and her 4 month old puppies who had been living in the woods in TX for months (yes, months 😥), we knew we had to step up. Winter is coming and there had already been multiple posts asking for help. These pups are so sweet and we can’t imagine them having to fend for themselves in rural TX just because someone decided to dump the family.

Thank you to all the fosters that stepped up and helped us line up places for these pups to go quickly. You guys are amazing!! And thank you for being flexible on an early Saturday morning when transport ETAs were changing ❤️

Welcome to Colorado Dill, Ginger, Sage, Sesame, Chai, Nutmeg and Basil! We can’t wait to watch you thrive in new homes. Their fosters are raving about what sweet pups they all are 🙌

🆘 Colorado foster or adopter needed 11/17 (Monday!) 🙏

🐶Meet Derby!!

Derby is in need of a Denver foster or adopter starting Monday 11/17. He came to us from TX and his Denver foster was a temp to allow him to make transport. He is the sweetest boy, loves everybody, great with other dogs and kids. He came to us from Cleveland, TX where dogs are sadly dumped on the streets and dogs are treated terribly 🥺 Luckily he was taken in by an amazing local rescue and they reached out to us to help find him a home in CO. He has been nothing but joy and sweetness since arriving a week ago. Please can you help network and share so he can find a foster or forever home? ❤️

6am! Being up this early on a Saturday is sinful 😆, but we have some really deserving babies to pickup!!!!

Thank you to the incredible fosters, transporters, and volunteers for helping to make this happen.

When we took these pups from the woods, I knew it was going to be a huge undertaking, but if we didn’t, Mama Rosemary and her 7 babies would still be out there, starving, full of worms, and alone. We just couldn’t turn our cheek.

Mama is staying behind to see a specialist due to (what we believe) is incontinence due to a bullet found in her hip 😓 She’s with the best foster we could ask for and we will make her way to Denver once we get some answers.

We are still a ways away from our fundraising goal for Mama Rosemary + her babies’ vetting and transport…and now are 100% out of puppy food. 😖😥

Please help if you’re able! We can’t do this without you🥺
