No Matter how many times people are reminded, it is never enough as there are still people who insist on leaving their pets in their cars - this is another reminder DO NOT leave your pet in your car even though you are in the shade and DO NOT take your pet for a walk in the heat

Keep your pets safe in the heat! 🐾 ☀️
An Extreme Heatwave warning has been issued for southern and central Queensland
Warning level: EMERGENCY WARNING
Our furry friends need extra care to stay cool and safe. Here are some tips to help your pets beat the heat:

✅ Keep Them Hydrated – Always provide plenty of fresh, clean water. Consider adding extra water bowls around your home.

🏠 Create a Cool Space – Let them stay inside or find a shaded, ventilated area outdoors. A fan or cooling mat can work wonders too!

🚫 Avoid Hot Pavements – If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws! Stick to early morning or evening walks when it’s cooler.

🚗 NEVER Leave Pets in Cars – Temperatures can skyrocket in minutes, even with the windows down.

❄️ Cool Treats – Frozen pet-safe treats or ice cubes in their water can be a fun way to keep them cool.

🐶 Watch for Signs of Heat Stress – Look out for excessive panting, drooling, or lethargy. If you’re worried, contact your vet immediately.

I know this may be a familiar reminder, but as the New Year festivities approach, please keep your pets safe by keeping them indoors. At the same time, everyone enjoys the fireworks and celebrations.

If you need to leave your pet outside, please ensure the gate is securely closed.

Wishing all my past, new and regular clients a very Happy New Year - let's bring in a very positive vibe for 2025

Stay Safe!

Hanging out with my little buddy Loki for the New Year - how lucky am I 🥰

Welcome to the love of my life

Hi, my name is Patricia, I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for 11 years - My office is outdoors with my Canine friends. I have been looking after and walking dogs for at least 5 years - Having just returned from a long working holiday in the UK where I was house sitting and looking after peoples fur babies of all kind of shapes (including Alpaca's) I have decided to make this my business in my home town.

I have taken a Pet First Aid course and am in the middle of doing a diploma in Animal Psychology, learning the behaviours of our pets with training. If you would like a service from me why not make a booking, there is no commitment but I do need to meet your pet to see if they like me.
