These pups love to be outside and they love chasing ball ⚽ toys and duck 🦆 decoy toys.
Jolly (cream parti male) is more laid back and hesitant, but he gets bolder everyday 💪❤️🐩
Sandy Claws (black parti female) is more outgoing and mischievous. 😈 💜🐩
They should be on the larger side when mature.

*Both parents are AKC and UKC registered, they are both 27 inches tall at the withers, and between 45-70 lbs.
This breeding was done specifically for my program so I'm only registering my keeper choice.

This is my third generation breeding. The dam to this litter was my keeper 2 years ago and her dam before her was my keeper from my foundation female back in 2015 when my program began.
The sire to this litter is owned by a partnered program, Polarside Poodles, operated by our friend Rachel J. Bickford.

Pregnancy confirmed!
We are expecting a litter of AKC standard poodles!! 🐩

We will be doing a Christmas / winter litter theme this year! This is our first litter in over 2 years since the pandemic.

This will be litter number seven however for our whole program and it's a very very special breeding. We decided to breed for our own purposes so we can have a male heir to take Harvey's spot in our program as our male since Harvey is now retired from breeding. These puppies are Harvey's grand puppies!

And that means they come from lineage that has produced amazing service dog prospects, excellent show quality prospects, and of course excellent family pets.

They are champion sired and champion grand sired. The stud we used for this breeding is not our stud, he belongs to a friend of ours whom we are working with for this litter. Stud owner has first pick and we reserve the right to pick any one or two puppies from our litter. After these pics are made all other puppies will be available for pet only.
No exceptions!

This is also a great way to start puppies when they start walking, to go potty. We start with wood pellets or pine pellets in a large litter box or container that resembles a litter box that is shallow enough for the puppies to step into easily and then we mold some rabbit wire over it so they aren't directly on the pellets, as some puppies are tempted to eat the pellets or play with them.
Some sod and a large container or kiddy pool is perfect too to help expose new puppies to the grass texture and smell as well as the designated potty area of the future.

Our foundation girl is here! 🥳

"Lady Olenna of Highgarden" is her call name or just Olenna for short.
Her registered name is "Queen of Thorns at Obsidian Hilltop".
We will leave it as is to pay respect to her producer/breeder. She comes to us from October Glory standard poodles in central Oklahoma (our neighbors fortunately!).

She just turned 2 years old on the 9th of August and her heat is expected in the next month or two! So hopefully we may have a 🍂 🍁 or 🎁🎄 litter from her soon!

Olenna came to us from an amazing breeder who specialized in original parti color pattern ☯️ and fixing certain flaws of the breed structure that has been ignored for decades, so we are so happy to have her in our program to start out and help better the breed in its original pattern of color and proper structure of the classic hunter/retriever breed originating from Germany.

* Olenna's tail is 75% straight so we're going in the right direction.

We are looking for an amazing stud to pair her with or to have as our own.
~•Olenna stands at 27 in tall at the withers and weighs approximately 50 lbs. We would prefer that a stud is at least 22 inches in height or taller but we will not exclude smaller studs for AI.

The male we are looking for must have the following color traits and preferred structures:

atat or ayat or atay
Bb or bb
Kyky
Ssp or spsp

NO SILVER! the only exception would be silver beige (lightest 🟤 ☕).
We are trying to avoid silver to keep colors darker. But silver beige can be worked with.

Must adhere to or fit closely to breed standard for structure.
**This includes the tail structure!! which should be straight and not curled. Since this has been ignored for so long by so many other Poodle breeders, many tails are expected to be curled to some degree but extreme curls or "gay tails" are absolutely not wanted! The straighter the structure, the better. Prefer natural tailed males, over docked but again won't exclude a good prospect.
***We're trying to adhere to the standard for structure, not breed away from it and that includes with the tail that is typically docked off and forgotten. The whole dog matters when it comes to structure. It would be unethical not to consider it otherwise.
Must have cool, calm and collected temperament or happy-go-lucky temperament. No neurotic or overly hyper dogs please!
