A lot of people buy dogs as Christmas gift and later give them away once they’re not cute puppies anymore. 💔

Please think before you get a dog! It is a family member and not a toy!

For 2021, we hope that all shelter dogs can find their forever homes❤️

Kukur Tihar 14/11

The festival, which shares some traditions with Diwali in India, also celebrates cows and crows. It is not just beloved pets who are involved in the celebrations. Stray dogs are honoured on the day too. Treats given to dogs during Kukur Tihar can range from meat, milk, eggs and good quality dog food.

What's Up guys!
We are looking for someone to join us on our adventure around dog 🐶 shelters along the coast of Portugal 🇵🇹.
We will be taking a van from Marbella, Spain 🇪🇸 all the way to the north of portugal from the beginning of January until April 2021.
Our goal is to raise awareness for animals in shelters by creating Vlog 🎥 style content for our YouTube Channel and other Social media platforms.
We are going to volunteer in different shelters and need a third person who has some skills in creating and editing 💻 content.
We will cover the entire cost of the trip including a small salary.
If you are interested and think you have what it takes, are spontaneous, a little bit crazy like us and dont have a problem with staying in different air bnb's for 3 months, please send us an e-mail to the address below, including a short video to present yourself and some of the content that you created so far.

Today I would like to take you back to the very beginning and introduce you to my very first love Shiva.
These breeds might have a bad reputation but she’s the perfect example that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
She was the most patient dog with me as a 7 year old dressing her up in my dresses,
for 13 years she brought us so much joy and happiness.

One of the hardest days of my life was for me and my brother making the decision to let her go to doggy heaven.

One of her favorite thing was to catch stones in the ocean, that’s where we decided to spread her ashes. We then both decided to do tattoos to remember her. Part of her ashes were put in the ink of our tattoos. We will forever keep her with us❤️

A Pet is not a gift that can be returned.
We all love christmas as it represents unity, family and love.
Don't make your new buddy suffer by breaking their little heart that beats only for you from the first moment!
In their eyes you are love at first sight.
Prepare yourself and/or the one you would like to surprise with a new family member as a pet brings many more responsibilities than just playing with it and stroking it's fluffy hair.

We chose Portugal as the starting point of our journey. 🇵🇹
Studies have reveaaled that the numbers of abandoned animals are increasing yearly in Portugal with over 50.000 animals being abandoned yearly, and merely 12.000 animals are being adopted. This number has increased by more than 30% since 2019.

It is our dream and our goal to create a platform where shelters, vets, volunteers, foster parents and everyone else who is actively involved in improving and saving the lives of animals,- can communicate and therefore make it easier to find medical asistance, food and shelter for pets
