Meet Walker!! If you want a fun adventure dog, this is your boy! This beautiful boy is an 8 month old Doberman mix puppy. He has a gorgeous chestnut colored coat and stunning eyes to match. Walker was rescued from the streets with his brother and is the biggest cuddle bug. His brother found an amazing home but now it is his turn! He is going to be a big boy when fully grown, we expect he will weigh about 80 lbs. He loves other dogs and is super affectionate and loving with people!
Walker completed 3 weeks of training and a board and train program and is now ready for his forever home! He was exhibiting puppy behaviors that we wanted to straighten out so he would be ready for his new family.
Look at all these amazing things about Walker:
-Amazing on leash. Walks right by your side and is always checking in with you.
-Wonderful at the dog park. He loves to play with other dogs and has a blast. He is very submissive so any dogs that snap at him, he backs off and is never an aggressor. He will run off and play for a few minutes with the dogs and then come back and check in with you.
-He is great with off-leash. He stays by you and his recall is on point.
-He does not have a mean bone in his body. Zero resource guarding with anything. Food, toys, bones, etc. He will happily give it to a dog or human.
-So sweet with children and so gentle with tiny dogs.
-Extremely affectionate and loves to be with his people.
-Great listener and very eager to please.
-Incredibly intelligent and has taken to rigorous training so well.
-Completely potty trained and crate trained.
-Fine with cats. He does want to play with them and will bark sometimes but immediately stops when you tell him no.
Walker is truly an amazing dog and I fully trust him with anything and anyone. The sweetness this dog has and the ability to pick up on training so well, makes him a truly special dog.

Our little angel, Coco! Her new little halo prevents her from bumping into everything with her face. Coco has absolutely amazed me with her resilience. Who Wants to Help Me Change This Dogās Life? Rebel was an owner surrender who bought him during the pandemic and then wanted to rehome him when they went back to work. She relinquished him to me and so our journey began. After a day, I realized he had received no training whatsoever. Now I essentially have a puppy, but one with learned bad behaviors that have continuously been reinforced. This has created a very dominant and pushy Corgi, that for those of you that know Corgiās, will happen. They push and push your boundaries and will dominate the household if rules are not enforced and if you do not establish yourself as the leader. Unfortunately, this was not something I was aware of before taking him in and not exactly prepared to deal with. I knew the day would come that I get a very difficult dog. It was bound to happen with the number of dogs I take in and the variety of situations and people these dogs come from. I wasnāt expecting it now, when I have close to 40 other animals in my rescue right now but here we are, and I am determined to face this challenge.
I am looking for a foster that wants to truly make a difference on Rebelās life. Rebel is headed down a bad road and without help he is going to get worse and I fear for his future. He can be dominant, pushy, rebellious, disrespectful, aggressive, stubborn, and is full of energy. But underneath that, there is a very sweet, loving, eager to learn, fun, adventurous doggie that is waiting to be pointed in the right direction. No one ever took the time to do this for him, so he really doesnāt know any better. I need a committed, full time foster for him that is actively going to work on his training. Queenās Best Stumpy Dog Rescue, the top rescue for rehabilitating Corgis, is along my side to help me, the foster, and future adopter to get Rebel on the right path. I do not need a foster that is a professional trainer or extremely experienced with dogs like him. I just need someone eager to learn,
I will get you little mouse toy šš± #catsofinstagram #kittensofinstagram #kitten #kittenplay #rescuekittens
