Abraham Lincoln taught us that “To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.” Yesterday in Tel Aviv, Israel, protesters donned blindfolds to symbolize the willing blindness of so many around the world to animal cruelty. Let's us hope they were heard and many are sharing this now.

This phenomenon has a name: 'Black Dog Syndrome' Please raise awareness, tell your friends and family, and adopt a Black Dog from a shelter and SAVE A LIFE!

Black dogs are just as playful and loving and fun as dogs of other colors. When adopting your next best friend, please be aware that Black Dog Syndrome is real and you may have a tendency to overlook the black dogs. Take a second look and make an effort to see ALL of the dogs available.
