This is Calendula. She is such a gift to human beings. Not only is she beautiful, she's also a healer. Her petals are edible. She can be dried and made into a healing tea. She can be infused into oil and used as a facial serum.
Calendula is one of the herbs I use to make my Lotion Sticks. My Lotion Sticks are safe to use on all skin types including baby skin. I also make an infused Calendula oil with h**p seed oil. Both Calendula and h**p seed oil are great for our skin. This oil is great for cuts and rashes, but also as a daily skin regimen. It reduces acne scars, dark spots, and fine lines. At 41, my facial skin has never looked so good! Come by my the Farmers Markets to check these out💛🌼🌱

Vegan pesto made with basil microgreens🌱❤
Recipe:
1/4 cup of evoo
2-3cloves of garlic
1/2 juice of freshly squeezed lemon
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup walnuts
2 packed cups of basil microgreens
Blend in food processor until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste😋
This is good on pasta, crackers, rice, salad, cooked greens (kale, collard greens, spinach).
Freeze it in the freezer for up to 6 months

Roses are not only beautiful and romantic, they literally make your heart happy. You can eat the petals in savory dishes or in desserts. I like making a rose glycerite for those days i feel a little down and making infused oils to use for massages 🥰❤🌹

Harvesting sage flowers to make an infused oil. The scent is so beautiful. I like to use the infused oil for my facials. I'll bring some next month at the farmers market.💜

Hello and welcome to my page! I'm so honored you would visit and check out what I have to offer. I'm very excited to start my journey towards providing delicious and healthy superfoods! Microgreens are tiny greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed with one set of true leaves. Some microgreens, like sunflowers and borage, are harvested before the true leaves appear. These tiny greens are awesome because not only are they packed with flavor, but they can have anywhere from 4-40x the nutrition of the adult vegetable!! They are so versatile and convenient too, because you can add them to any dish without having to cook them. You just wash, add, and eat and let the flavors explode in your mouth.
In our world's current situation, it's important for me to do my best to lessen our waste and be eco-friendly. This is why I purchase
my seeds from Johnny Seeds, located in Maine and use coconut coir. It's also why I package my microgreens in paper bags that are recyclable.
I also offer herbal care products made with herbs I either grew myself or foraged. I learned from one of RI's best, Mary Blue from Farmacy Herbs and continue to learn from other herbalists and from the plants themselves. My herbal personal care products are also packaged in eco-friendly containers such as cardboard tubes and glass bamboo doppler bottles.
I will be selling microgreens and herbal products Fridays at Goddard Park Farmers market this summer (2023) from 9am-1pm, the Pawtucket Farmers Market Fridays from 4:30pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays from 9am-+2pm at the PawtuxetFarmersMarket.
