Remember these furless kittens? Tim and Roma, my nephews. I haven’t been able to see them for so long that they have almost forgot who I was:) I was lucky to spend three days with my family recently.

Kris and her boys are saying thank you for everyone, who has helped us during Tim’s time in the hospital. We do remember every kind word, prayer and helping hand you have given us.
Tim is such a special and happy boy, who is not yet aware (but we are going to tell him that when he grows up a bit) how many friends he has all over the world.

Hey, guys, An update on Suri’s operation:
It was more complicated that everyone supposed. When she went under and they did a detailed x-ray, we all learned that Suri had an operation to fix her broken jaw before she came to me. Every doctor, who saw her supposed that she her jaw just healed this way. Anyway, whoever fixed it, did a poor job and damaged the roots of her teeth, as the result, her teeth were rotting and that’s why her fang fell out when Tyoma hit her slightly.
I suspected she had teeth problem in January, but we were terribly unlucky to be seen by a very incompetent vet who didn’t help us at all.
But I am happy it’s finally over with. The operation was almost two hours long, the wire that her jaw was fixed with was removed together with 6 teeth in her lower jaw and 3 on her upper jaw. She had mild breathing problems during the operation and it was a long and worrisome recovery from the anesthesia, but she is doing much better now.
All she wanted when we came home was eat and play, play, play, even when she couldn’t stand straight 🙈
She has a week of meds ahead of her and we are going to check up with her dentist in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is fine.

While the world is on fire, my furbabies are continuing to keep me on my toes.

I have been sick with Covid for two weeks and wasn’t able to take Suri to see a dentist earlier. We have finally managed to get an appointment yesterday and the vet confirmed my suspicion that Suri’s got teeth problem. Her tooth that Tyoma knocked out has been fractured before, most likely when she was little, she also has periodontal disease and four of her teeth need to be removed.

An operation is scheduled on Tuesday, the 8th of March - we need to hurry while clinics have meds and anesthesia. Vet services are also going to be 30-40 percent up, but we are lucky to be in time before the big raise.

I am worried sick for my Suri the spark. She helped me not to lose my mind last year and she is pretty much the biggest joy of my days. I do love all of my furbabies, but she has so much of Ros in her, I am still in awe about it.

I pray the operation is going to go well. There is too much unknown factors in our life as it is now.

So we have a crazy situation: during a playtime this evening, while everyone were chasing Siri’s favorite dabird toy, Tyoma kicked Siri’s fang out with with head 🙈
The tooth broke at the base and Suri needs an operation to remove it. This Sunday Tyoma is going to be fixed, next week Suri will be operated on. 🙈
Just before it happened I thought that I am finally having a break: Smokey and Suri had health scares in January and has been receiving treatments that were over just about a week ago. And now this!
Top it up with a crazy neighbor, who is terrorizing the whole building section with daily sound attack- starting at 7 am sharp till 23 pm she is knowing at the floor with something heavy and wishes everyone to die out loud.
This year is about hospitals and dealing with authorities nonstop. It just started and I want it to be over already. Pretty please? 🙏🙏🙏
