Long day leaving home at 8.30 and home for 10.30 pm. Worth it as 3rd place for Evron at Kellsall Hall Horse Trials, nice surprise when we got home, as we set off home thinking a show jump rail down would mean no prizes, phones had flattened so we had no idea we were placed so well. He gave me such a fabulous ride XC, he loved the track and the ground. 😍 plus Ant was happy as he could see the XC from the lorry.
Derby Day at Wales and West Showground.
Really fun, a devils dyke, banks and water trays and it even had a very high Hickstead Bank, Evron got so excited he just loves to be out competing, he made the time and galloped into 4th place out of 43 starters winning £50.

Lovely Evron 3rd place at the British Showjumping national championships in the Retraining of Racehorses bronze final. His first time in this class having won the club final at the show last summer. So pleased with him jumping a double clear, especially as he was so excited I didn’t think he would leave many rails entact 😱😂
Evron you really are the best ever. I’ve dreamt of qualifying for what you did yesterday since I was 12 years old, I’m now 56 and I admit I’ve lowered my goal slightly, but even so you’ve made my childhood dreams come true. Smiles and even some tears ###

Another fab day The Royal Three Counties Show what a Superb show, with a fantastic atmosphere which is hard to find at the Equine centre based shows nowadays. We had the fun fair near by and plenty of noise from the spectators. I learnt that Evron will need noise mufflers on his ears for any big atmospheric shows in future. He jumped amazing again today 🏆felt back to his utmost best. Thanks to Christine for coming along to help me and for the fab videos.
At last an eventing run in 2024, The Cotswold Cup at Solihull and Evron gains a win first time out again. He’s such a superstar. Love him to pieces for looking after me and feeling so good over everything despite some rather rusty moments from rider 🤦🏽♀️

🎵🎶First I chose our music which was then put together by my friends Colin and Tracy, next I Choreographed the test floor plan and my friend Nikki put the finished music onto a CD for me, then lots of practice and of course all the rest courtesy of the ever willing, incredibly forgiving and very wonderful Evron 🥰🎵🎶
This morning after a sleepless night worrying, I was up at 5 am to ride Evron to make a few final tweaks to my floor plan. 🙄

When somehow we went clear in round 1 and got through to the jump off of The Discovery qualifier for the The Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships. 9 went clear and into the jump off, the top 8 would qualify.
After a few disasters for other riders in the jump off, all Evron had to do was get round to qualify.
My unbelievable ex racehorse 7th place 🤩this time last year he was still in racing.
