So I know I keep posting photos of my big boy 5 hour grooming session. But this is why! This is ME at 8 years old with my childhood dog/best friend. His name was Whiskey and the other picture is Bruce from yesterday's appointment.... It just kinda threw me back in time 45 years.... I still miss my big boy! Even shed a couple years over the nostalgia yesterday ....

5 hours spent on this guy. He wouldn't get on my table so I had to get on the floor with him .... So much undercoat he filled up my shop vac 4 times with his hair.... He definitely wore me out, all 230 pounds of him..... And he tried to bite my face off when I "attempted" to clip his nails...
He won, nails are not clipped! 😂

So had "someone" message me asking WHY on earth would I cut that Golden Doodle's hair soooooooo short.... told me he looks "not so great" with hair that short 🙄 ... Thuu, if you must know, it was that babies ONLY option to cut it all off and start over mat free.
