**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

At this time; I will not be reopening or resuming services. I have some things to take care of family wise that require my full attention and time.

Any prepaid appointments have been refunded but if you do have any issues; please do let me know.

Thank you to all of my clients for their support in my small business and in this matter.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are having to temporarily close.

I will be reaching out to all clients I have booked over the next few days to cancel, and issuing refunds to those who have prepaid via the website.

I am not yet sure when we will be back up and running but will update this page once I know. I would like to thank everyone for their support last year and over the last few weeks and hope to see you all again soon!

Thank you to everyone for your support so far this season!

I am fully booked until April 15th. I have blocked off some days in online booking to accommodate all my clients putting in requests.

If you need to cancel - no sweat at all! Just let me know so I can fit in other clients sooner 🙂

I am still taking clients for weekly and biweekly cleanings.

With yesterdays little snowfall and snow/rain in todays forecast I’ll be reaching out to all my bookings today to see if they still want today or to allow it all to melt (again). I appreciate everyone’s patience in this matter with the frustrating weather!

Just a heads up to all my clients; I will be unavailable Monday and Tuesday as I have to take my doggo to Edmonton for an appointment! It may take longer than normal to hear back from me.

I will contact clients starting Wednesday to get everyone scheduled in as the snow *should* be melted this week.

I’ll also be adding weekday and weeknight availability this month as well for spring cleanup and weekly/biweekly services!

The snow is melting again! With warm weather in the forecast we are getting ready for another Spring Rush! Our tentative opening date is March 23rd!

In our second year of operation, we are licensed with the RMWB, insured and bonded. All pet waste is hauled away and disposed of properly at the landfill.

✨ Hello January! ✨

While we are still closed for Winter, we are excitedly preparing for the Spring Rush! We will soon open our contact list for Spring Cleanup and post our updated 2024 service offerings and rates!

Some new things we're looking forward to for 2024;
🐾 Online booking via our website (still under construction) and booking app!
🐾 Installation and management of dog waste pickup stations for condos, apartments, businesses, parks etc.
🐾 Hiring new employees so we can cover more service areas.

With the brief snow fall this past week (yuck!) we’ve wrapped up our weekday scooping! Regular clients will receive services on Sunday afternoons moving forward until the snow flies!

Once the cold weather hits, services will wrap up until spring melt. We’re working on a few things to make booking and scheduling easier, hiring new staff and adding new services for the spring!

As much as I hate to say it, summer is coming to an end.

With the change in seasons comes our fall/winter service update.

For the month of September, weeknight services will remain the same days.

As of October 1st, weekly services will take part on Sunday afternoons (12-6pm). I work full time during the day and with my schedule and the sun setting earlier, it’ll become difficult to fit everyone in. I will do my best to work with clients but If this does not work for you, please let me know and I can try and find another scooper to recommend.

As of November 1st, services will discontinue until Spring Cleanup. We’ll be doing training to add new services, website upgrading and prepping for next season.

I will reach out to all clients this coming week but If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send me a message.

YMM dogs will be unavailable from September 2nd-4th as I am the on call technician for my FT position.

We will also be unavailable September 11th-13th as my personal dog is having surgery in Edmonton.

It's been a while since we've posted but we hope everyone has been enjoying the sunny warm weather after all the rain we've gotten!

We are still accepting new clients for one time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly p**per scooping!

We will also be adding on more services; both yard services and pet services so stay tuned in the upcoming weeks for our new service list!

We will also soon be starting monthly fundraisers for the Wood Buffalo Animal Rescue so stay tuned!

Hoping everyone had a safe and fun long weekend!

We are still accepting new clients for one time, weekly and biweekly scooping services! Right now we are scooping on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday evenings as I work full time in the community during the week! Also a reminder, that for weekly cleaning, p**p is double bagged and placed in your bin and not taken by us.

We are still working on our booking app and website and what other services we can offer to better serve our clients and YMM. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to send us a message!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks but we’re thankful for all of the support!

Spring cleanings are wrapping up and we’ll be focusing on weekly and biweekly cleaning services! If this is something you’d be interested in send us a message! We’ll be touching base with those interested to get them on a regular schedule starting next week!

In the next few weeks we’ll be switching from pen and paper booking to an online scheduler to optimize bookings and so we don’t miss anymore in the future!

Just wanted to let everyone know I am booking into the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd for Spring Cleans.

Weekly and biweekly cleans will start that following week and I am accepting new clients for those services.

I will touch base with everyone the day before their appointment to see if they still need cleaning done so that If you had someone else come by I can fit in someone else :)
