I am in my first year of retirement after teaching at Watervliet Junior-Senior High School for many years. Watervliet has always had some of the greatest kids in the world and early in my career a group of terrific students tagged me with the nickname "G-Dawg" and it has stuck all these years so the business name is a tip of the cap to them. I have been a dog owner and dog lover my entire life so the idea of starting a dog walking and sitting business was a natural. My current dog, Diego, is a soon-to-be 17 year-old mixed terrier whose claim to fame is that he's the happiest and friendliest dog in town. I am often asked what I feed him or what my secret is to his youthful vitality and my answer is simply "I love him to death." My promise is to do the same for your dog.
