We are so fortunate to have horses who’s temperaments are unbothered by the energy and activity that swirls around them.

We are refurbishing our pastures and in this trying some new ideas.
REACH has a large dry lot to accommodate the variety in our herd.
We are trying out for the first time a round bale for free access to feed. The horses self regulate quite nicely.

Saturday morning we got just enough moisture to make for a perfect grooming of the dry lot. Which then gave me front seat to watching the herd.

Thank you Matt and Lewis Berrett for your awesome mechanic skills! Big Blue got his oil changed, new filters, and his joints greased. We use this big guy a lot! Blue moves round bales to the pastures, moves snow superbly and was instrumental in our arena makeover.

Living in Casper with the weather we have certainly isn’t for the faint of heart! REACH has been closed all week due to the frigid temperatures AND the enormous amount of drifting!
We finally got both tractors running and we spent 5 hours digging REACH out!
shout out to volunteer Viki Smith for her help.

31/01/2023

Due to the extreme temperatures and the actively blowing wind REACH has canceled classes for Wednesday 2/1/23
We currently are closed on Tuesdays.
