Last night we found our farm dog Felicity laying in the bushes, and she was not okay. She was in a lot of pain, so we rushed her straight to Moorpark Veterinary Hospital. They ran tests and took a bunch of X-rays. Thankfully nothing is broken, but she does have swelling from some kind of trauma. We’ll probably never know what happened out there.
Felicity protects our whole farm - the horses, goats, pigs, and even the barn cat - from the coyotes that circle our property every night. Today she’s resting in the barn, on pain meds and fluids, and getting all the love.
Please keep our sweet girl in your prayers. We’re hoping she starts feeling better soon.
