Mary Lee: Merry Christmas everyone! Santa paws brought me a new bed a blanket and a bag of treats! I was a very good girl this year! Mommy got the best gift ever! Did you know that auntie Karen’s debit card works from the rainbow bridge?! Little Joe took his card when he left. Mommy woke up this morning and this beautiful gift was on her dresser. The card said Merry Christmas from the bridge, love Little Joe, Big Jesse, Nana Rose, Daisy, Jerry Lee and Diva. She did cry but don’t t tell her I told you. I think the bridge kids had a little help from and Karen. I gotta go nest in my new bed!

Miss Josephine: Yes Teeter
Teeter: Is it too late to turn my letter into Santa?
Miss Josephine: Well..... we can try to get it to him.
Teeter: (Slides paper to Miss Josephine) I can't spell so I had to draw what I wanted. Will that work?
Miss Josephine: I suppose it will. (Looks at the paper) I didn't know you liked to wear a scarf.
Teeter: I don't I was trying to get you something for Christmas. I didn't figure you had been good enough to get something from Santa this year since you have only been a lady for a few months. So I asked for a present for you too.
Miss Josephine: (wipes tears from her eye) Teeter I think there is hope for you after all.

Annie Mary Lee: ( Dresses on and hair brushed) Good morning Miss Josephine.
Josephine: Don't you girls look pretty. Ummm where's Teeter?
Annie and Mary Lee: We don't know. We can't keep up with her. (points under her desk)
Teeter: (hiding under her desk) giggles
Josephine: (hears the giggles but says nothing)
Annie and Mary Lee: (stare at each other)
Josephine: Ok today you are going to write your letters to Santa so he knows what you want for Christmas. I'm sure you will get lots of presents this year.
Annie and Mary: Oh boy.
Annie: I know what I want.
Mary Lee: Me too.
Teeter: (whispers to herself) Who's Santa and whats Christmas?
Josephine: Ok girls get started and turn your letters in as soon as you finish them. We are running behind and need to get them in the mail a soon as possible.
Annie and Mary Lee: But what about Teeter?
Josephine: You girls are just going to have to stick together and make sure she comes to school. If she doesn't I guess she just won't get anything for Christmas.
Teeter: (whispers) what in the world are they talking about?

Mary Lee: Guess what! I went grocery shopping with mommy and we stopped by auntie Karen’s flower shop. Who knew she had free balloons for the kids???? Annie: (raises her paw)

Teeter: I've never had a cootie where can I get one?
Annie: (whispers to Mary Lee) Didn't Little Joe tell us to stay away from Josephine at one time because she had cooties?
Mary Lee: I knew i had heard about cooties from someone.
Josephine: What are you all whispering about?
Annie and Mary Lee: NOTHING!!
Josephine: Ok we have a new student and we need for her to stand up and tell us a little bit about her self. Tell us your name little one.

Auntie Karen here. This post is in response to Kate Miller's comment on Little Joe's shirt campaign. If you would kindly scroll down our page you will see that because of our Facebook followers we donated over 2000 lbs of dog food to our local shelter which will feed them till after the 1st of the year. As far as the funds from the shirt sale being for our future vet bills... that money is ALSO used to help other dogs and cats in need. If we have someone or a rescue that contacts us that needs help we gladly donate to them as long as the funds are available. We have done this many times in the past and will continue to do so as long as we can. If you don't like what we do on our page kindly remove yourself...oh wait we already did that for you!! If you hurt my sisters feelings it doesn't sit well with me and it pi**es me off. Have a nice day, KAREN!!

Josephine: (wakes up looks at clock) HOLY CRAP!! Wake up Annie wake up Mary Lee we are gonna be late.
Annie: For what?
Mary Lee: (takes her sleep mask off) yeah late for what? Its Saturday and we sleep late on Saturdays.
Josephine: Its dog show day. Little Joe said this is an important day. This is the day we raise money for St. Jude Hospital. You girls get to strut your stuff and win trophies, ribbons toys and treats.
Annie: Oh boy me and Logan have titles to defend. KAREN....I NEED MY MEDICINE so I don't get car sick and puke on Mary Lee. ( Starts brushing her hair)
Mary Lee: (starts packing her bag) I need my casual wear, my hair ribbons my costume.
Josephine: We are gonna need some help. I'll call the angels down from the bridge.

If you remember these two awesome ladies are the ones who picked me up from Miss Kellie and brought me to mommy and Auntie Karen. I’m so glad they did!

Angel Little Joe: Good afternoon from the bridge! I wanted to let you guys know that we finally have the food for the shelter on it’s way. You guys really showed out for this one! Mommy and auntie Karen couldn’t find the time to go to 20 different stores to get all the food so they made one huge order from chewy. Plus we have the food that was mailed to us, that’s included in the total. Here’s a breakdown
80 bags dog/cat/puppy/kitten food
30 cans kitten food
That’s a total of 2,043 pounds of food
$1,948.00.

Mary Lee: Omgosh Auntie Karen made mommy cry. We all know how much little Joe loved his pannycakes and kool-aid. The pannycake ornament will hang right next to this on our Christmas tree. We looked and looked for one of these but couldn’t find one. This year they are everywhere.
