Guess I won't be keeping any doelings this season😂 I think there's one more Nigerian doe to kid yet.
All these boys are available for reservation. ADGA registerable or can go as wethers!

Jan. 7 - emergency vet call for stuck kid. She almost gave up too. Lost the kid, saved the doe.
Jan. 7 - 1 buckling
Jan. 8 - 1 buckling. First time I had to assist in a breech birth.

I've been slacking with kidding updates, so here's a video of the 5 Nigerian Dwarf kids that were born.
Cordy has two bucklings, both blue eyed, one is polled, one is horned. Both available for reservation.
Falcon has a single doeling, polled, blue eyed and moonspotted. I'm retaining her!
Belle has a buckling and doeling, both blue eyed and beautifully marked. Buckling available for reservation.

We've been busy kidding! We're up to 17 kids hopping around here in the past 2 weeks.

M&M delivered triplet bucklings yesterday! I assisted with the second kid as the sack was still intact. Two of the boys have blue eyes and weighed 3.2lbs, the other one weighed 2.2lbs.
Beautiful markings and the possibility to be polled.
All three are AVAILABLE for reservation!

KIDDING UPDATES
> Nigerian Dwarves - I have one more doe due in April. I had triplets born last week, but sadly lost them all. There are 7 does being bred this month for late summer kids, so if you'd like to be added to the waiting list for then, just message me!
> Boers - Last night we started another round of kiddings (kids shown in video). Doelings are retained, bucklings are available after weaning, message me with what you're looking for.

Feb. 11 - Legacy had a doeling and buckling this morning, unassisted. I was able to be present for this birth and she had them in 7 minutes, after a short labor.
The doeling looks to have blue eyes (from her sire), otherwise they look pretty much the same.
These kids will available to those on my waiting list.

Feb. 10 - Impala had twin doelings early this morning, unassisted. One doeling has the markings of her mom and the other is marked like their sire; both have moonspots too!
They will be available first to those on my waiting list.

Kidding season is in full swing here. Since Sunday, we've had one doe kid per day. We're up to 9 kids and around 10 more does are due anytime.

He is an active puppy and loves to play and have his belly rubbed.

Somehow the puppies are 6 weeks old already (last Friday)! They love to play together and have their bellies rubbed. They're growing so fast!

They love to play with each other, sleep, and steal kibbles from Liberty's food.
I'm continuing to work through my waiting list to find homes for 2 of them.

Sunbathing Goats
All the does and kids were enjoying the warmer weather last week. I am slowly working through my waiting list, thank you for your patience. If anyone is interested in a pet ND doe, not for breeding, please message me for more info.
Month Old Update
The kids have grown since I last posted a video. The first few kids are now a month old; all the others are close behind. We moved the seesaw into their pen and they use it all the time, whether they're sleeping on it or playing. All bucklings are available, message me for more information.
Boer Kids Update Nov. 17, 2021
Our Boer kiddings are finished, for now! Over the span of 10 days, we had 20 kids born from 13 does. The total count is 12 females and 8 males. Friday, Nov. 5 through Thursday, Nov. 11 we had around 2 kids born every day. The kids are loving playing outside or napping in the sun. Some times we'll find them all piled together, usually a group of 9 or 10 of them. The bucklings will be available first to those on our waiting list. Currently, all doelings will be retained, but if any become available, they will be offered to our waiting list first.
Kidding Update 11/11/21
We've been busy kidding! 16 Boer kids have been born since Friday, Nov. 5. There's been around 2 kids born per day, every day, since Friday. We've still got 2 does to kid yet! Lots of dapples in this group, and a lot of females we will be retaining.
Boys will be Boys
The boys are great helpers whenever I TRY to get work done in their pen 🤦♀️🙄

(DOGS) Liberty delivered 2 puppies on August 1st. Both are reserved!
(GOATS) We’re an ADGA member as of Nov.2019. Kidding season is over for 2020, but breeding plans for 2021 kids are in the works! Hoping for late winter/ early spring kids in both Nigerian Dwarves and Boers.
