Tomorrow marks one year of Sunset’s passing.
It’s hard to believe she’s been gone for a year already...
We still miss her terribly and always will...
Today we visited Sunset‘s GCHS family to say thank you for all they did for her...

On a side note: Izzy, the dog in the photo, found her forever family today! Congrats Izzy!!! ❤️

Pet Food 4 Furever Families is a GCHS program which needs YOUR help!

The program has been created to collect dog and cat food for the furever families who need help feeding their pets. GCHS attends the Community Cooperative Mobile Food Pantries, which are run throughout the Lee County area.

During these Mobile Food Pantries, GCHS hands out pet food to those furever families which need the help. The goal is to aid feeding families' pets so they are not forced to owner-surrender them due to not being able to afford them.

Sunny,

six months ago today our world changed forever when you crossed the Rainbow Bridge and we had to say our final goodbyes to you...

We only had four and a half years together... Wonderful years! You’ve taught us so much... I just wish we had more time together... I’ve always dreaded the day you’d leave us but it was so much harder than I could have ever imagined... You definitely took a big piece of our hearts with you and our world will never be the same without you...

I still can’t believe you’re gone... There are no words that could describe how much we miss you...
I know you’re still around because there are days when I can feel your presence but I miss laying on the couch with you, looking into your beautiful eyes, hear you barking when coming home... I could go on and on with this list... I wish I could hold you in my arms one more time...

We will always love you and miss you until one day we’ll meet again my sweet girl...
