As of next week I will be taking bookings for rider fitness. This can include
- 1-1 face to face pt
- online PT
- Fitness Plan
- Nutrition Plan

I can offer a morning/ afternoon at your yard for a group session for a number of people at discounted price.

Each are designed for everyone and are bespoke for every individual with support 24/7.

Due to stud season ending I have some mornings available and odd afternoon.

An experience and competent rider who has worked with young horses, training them up to competition level. Professionally trained and qualified in all aspects of equine management.

The following services are available:

• schooling
• Hacking
• Pole Work
• Fitness Work
• Lunging
• All yard duties, including holiday cover
• Show groom
• Also rider fitness plans
• Stud yard experience
