The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee is an established 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing. We rely solely on the kindness of our donors, and the income of fundraisers, partnerships and grants to sustain our establishment. For more than a decade, we have pulled Boston Terriers from deadly and desperate situations. We feel it's our obligation to give these dogs the care
they need - temporarily until they find a home, or for life. Many of the dogs come to us broken - sometimes emotionally and other times physically from abuse or neglect. Our network of volunteers and foster homes has provided assistance to thousands of Boston Terriers, Boston Terrier mixes and other dogs in need. Our foster-based outreach means that rescued dogs get the one-on-one home life they desperately need and deserve while awaiting their forever families. We feel that the lives of all dogs, and in our circumstance the lives of the "American Gentleman," should be respected, preserved and cherished. All donations made to Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated.

So our team is a or family who is open to a Bostie Mix… a Bostie Healer so to speak 😉🐾 Daisy is a mix w AustieHealer
Daisy currently lives with another dog & is an always happy and playful. Her owner has taken her to doggy daycare days and advises plays with all toys and enjoys time w other doggies too. She has not been cat tested and kiddos are an unknown. She is a sweet friendly dog and best known to behave w introductions under proper situations.
Daisy would be offered as a foster to adopt or foster so we can bring her into rescue. Full behavior and health evals to be conducted. We do know she will need vaccines heartworm test & spay. ** Approved already, comment, text or email us to get started **

- Shore Acres Blvd. and 40th Ave NE. An officer is posted at that location.
- Bayou Grande Blvd. NE and 62nd Ave. NE. An officer is posted at that location.
- 400 block of Central Ave. is blocked off with officers at 4th Street and 5th Street due to the debris from the construction site.
- Rivera Bay neighborhood has some flooding. The roads are passable.
- Flooding in the western part of the city has receded. The streets are open.

Florida volunteers: we have a storm coming this weekend. Keep your pups inside as much as possible and make sure they are harnessed well if you take them outside a securely fenced in area.
If you need inside potty help for the day, grab a kiddie pool from dollar general and put p*e pads or some blocks of sod in it and set in your garage or somewhere it can set for the day. It works as an alternative to them holding it or having to go in the rain (mine won’t go outside in storms).
After the storm is over make sure to check for downed fence pieces, tree limbs or power lines before letting your pups run outside. Fences being knocked over is a big reason for pups to get lost after storms.
This is a small storm for us but we still need to prepare. Stay safe, hoomans and furbabies🐾❤️

Daniel Lucas is our bottle-feeder baby… He was the pup”not accepted” and that happens sometimes.. but #ThisIsRescue so alternate plans took route. It has been a tough road for this little guy. Today another bump in the road.. at the vet, he aspirated; our little guy has pneumonia. ❤️🩹🚨Daniel is also suffering an elongated pallet and that soft spot is not closing.
