What a weekend for Little Jewel kennel. Started out with a Saturday morning duck hunt with Jarrett McWhorter and I shot my first Mallard over his dog Hux. (Little Jewel Kennel dog 😁) Topped it off with a pheasant hunt today at Holly Hills Upland Game Preserve with some great company. Check out the pics.

Another great day in the field with some awesome shooters 15 birds out and 15 in the bag. Thank you once again Holly Hills Upland Game Preserve for the great accommodations and great looking birds. Now it’s time to welcome the newest pup of Little Jewel Kennel. Her name is Winnie and she is a charcoal lab with beautiful blue eyes. She is owned by Lane and Jaylin.

So Little Jewel Kennel had the privilege to taking out a father son first bird hunt. It was an absolute awesome time. Thank you Josh and LA Morgan for allowing us to part of a special moment. This was Austin’s first time pheasant hunting and I’m pretty confident he’s hooked. Here are some pictures of the day. Thank you Holly Hills Upland Game Preserve for providing such a wonderful place to hunt. You guys rock.

Have to brag on our last litter. Jarrett McWhorter has done an exceptional job training his dog to be a duck dog. This shows the versatility of what our dogs can do. Great job Jarett. Can’t wait to hunt with you this year.

Great day in the field for little jewel kennel. April continues get hardware for us. She preformed very well at Holly Hills Preserve gun dog challenge. When she got home, it was time to relax.

Home is where the heart is! This little guy went home today with Anthony and McKenna. What a wonderful picture of our loving homes these puppies got to. I’m excited for them both and looking forward to some training and hunts with Holly Hills.

Well, little Jewel Kennel dogs finally got in the field for the first time this year. Great little 2 day hunt. By the way, still have a few pups available and will be sending an update this weekend.

This girl is special. Understands Whoa, sit, fetch, give and High 5 😂. Can’t wait to get her in the field this year.
