Dropped some beets on the new Jungle Greens ATX album 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Beet seeds are so insane! And so beautiful in they’re own, abstract way.
These particular beets we’re propagating are called “Bulls Blood” beets and they offer many nutrients such as Vitamins A, B, C, E & K!
It doesn’t stop there! They’re also rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc and Protein! WOW!! 😍💚

Seeded a 5x5 tray of Pak Choi Cabbage today! This one is for my own personal belly, and good lawd I’m excited to harvest them next weekend.
Pak Choi Cabbage is piggidy PACKED with nutrients like Vitamin C, K and E, beta-carotenes and Iron!
Our bodies are our vessels that get us from here to there. These are the types of nutrients we need to incorporate daily to keep our bodies loved, healthy and fluid!

NASTURTIUMS!!! Holy moly guys. This lil green has some SPICE! A wasabi spice, might I add. I also tasted little hints of nutty, spicy apple? WOW! Super incredible and SUPER nutritious 😋😋😋
Here’s a little tip on growing nasturtiums, you gotta soak the seeds for about 8 hours, then sow them.
We have some growing in the backyard right now! When they start to flower, we’ll definitely share their beauty with you all

Harvested our Kale microgreens right before golden hour this evening! Which by the way, did ya catch that Austin sunset tonight?! Wowie 😍😍
In these photos we show what 1oz of microgreens looks like in our biodegradable packaging vs. 2oz! 🌱
Both sizes are absolutely perfect for a quick snack or a nutrient dense salad! We just can’t get enough of these tasty thangs!

Welcome to Jungle Greens Austin! We’re a small, local microgreenery located on the east side of ATX.

Howdy, all! My name is Jenafer Martin. I am the founder of Jungle Greens Austin and I can’t explain how exciting and fulfilling this has all been since the little seedling (🤪) of this idea has germinated and taken root! My beautiful partner (in life as well), Allee, and I are so excited to expand in so many vast and beautiful ways on Jungle Greens, throughout our future. We are always manifesting on how to better ourselves! And through the motions of showing up and bettering ourselves, Jungle Greens Austin can only thrive 😍🥰.

We’re dedicated to grow, supply and support the health and well-being of the Texas Hill Country through delicious produce that has so lovingly been brought to life.

Right now we have a small microgreenery set up but as we grow with the micros, we grow with other produce, other ways! We are working on a hydroponic set up for leafy greens, as well as a few raised planter beds for more dense, rooted vegetables 🥔🍠🧅

Jungle Greens Austin sells microgreens in 5x5 trays, 10x20 trays or by the ounce (loose). We sell to households, local grocery stores and even restaurants!

Here’s the price break down:

• 5x5 trays - $5.00
• 10x10 trays - $10.00
• 10x20 trays - $20.00
• by the Oz - $2-$5 (depending on the micro)

Here’s a list of microgreens we currently have to choose from, but absolutely not limited to:

- Kale (Red Russian)

- Nasturtium (Empress of India)

- Broccoli (Waltham 29)

- Radish (Daikon Radish, Organic)

- Beets (Bulls Blood)

- Cabbage (Pak Choi White Stem)

- Sunflowers (Black Oil, Organic)

- Basic Salad Mix (Arugula, Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi & Red Cabbage)
