The NZ Independent Cavy Clubs, are thrilled to present the NZ Nationwide Cavy Show 2023 hosted by Capital Cavy Club in Wellington! This exciting event is set to take place over the weekend of the 7th of October 2023, and will showcase the very best in cavy breeding and exhibition.

Cavy enthusiasts from all over New Zealand will converge in Wellington to display their beloved guinea pigs in a friendly and competitive environment. Judges from around the country will assess the animals based on a range of criteria, including breed standards, health, temperament, and grooming.

The show will feature a range of different breeds and varieties of cavies, including long-haired, short-haired, rosettes, and many more. Spectators will have the opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures and appreciate the hard work that goes into breeding and showing them.
