Margo and Ciara Dennigan headed to Nugentstown Show today. A long, testing working hunter course saw them with an unfortunate 4 faults but a great learning experience for a 4 Yr old in very wet conditions. After drying out they headed into the ridden connemara class where Margo rode with impeccable manners to place 3rd. So delighted with her progress and attitude

Just about dried out from a fantastic day Midland Connemara Pony Breeders Show on Sunday. Credit to the committee, stewards, judges for a brilliant show, from the laminated numbers to your ponies name written in the back of each number👏 I cannot say enough about how brilliant they were. The rings were in excellent condition despite what the weather threw well done Mullingar Equestrian
But the biggest thanks goes to Colin Doyle who despite having his own ponies competing he took on to show Heather and Aoife and made it a winning day 🏆
Feel extremely privileged to have the Ruth Rodgers cup home with me

Excellent day out at North East Connemara Pony Breeders Show . A fantastically run show with just the best atmosphere.
First up was Copperbeech Aoife who won her 6-9 Yr old mare class.
Then it was the turn of the youngsters. Both surpassed all expectations with Flower of Roo ( Heather) taking the All Ireland 3 Yr old Championship and Theresa's Delight (Margo) getting 3rd.
They also qualified for the 3 yr old Championship in Ballinasloe
So excited about these two.
Then Aoife only went and danced her way to the Supreme Championship
A massive shout out to The Three Musketeers Aaron Greenan Shauna and Colin who went above and beyond all day with my girls

Simon worked with my lovely Margo today for the first time ... it was wonderful to watch his patience with her as well as her growing understanding as the session went on.. she's a little star 🌟 I think they both enjoyed it

Just home from the filly inspections where Flower of Roo was given her class 1 status. Heartfelt thanks to Conor and Gerry McCormack who came out to The Parks to help me.(Heather is by Banks Donavan) Conor presented her beautifully for the assessors. Thanks to the organisers for all their hard work and effort

Super Day out at the AIRC Hunter Trial Championships. Camille showing another string to her bow tackled the RC 80 track with gusto ... Too much gusto as it happens as they ended up 41 secs quicker than the optimum time 🤣🤣🤣. Well done Aaron for giving her such a great spin

Fantastic weekend of training at Redhills Stud • Livery & Training with Rodrigo Matos. Despite the wind and rain on Saturday we had a brilliant lesson and then followed up on Sunday with trying out some new movements. Thank you to Rodrigo for being so supportive, clear and systematic in his methods really helping us gain confidence throughout. A massive thanks to Jenny for organising the clinic. Lots learned, lots achieved and lots of homework could not ask for better.
Many thanks to Aaron who chauffeured us and stood out in the rain to record our session on Saturday much appreciated

Another busy weekend. Saturday in Mullingar Equestrian for their combined training league and then Milchem Equestrian Centre for the HSI qualifier lots a great work and on both days rider and horses stepped up a level so could not be happier. Many thanks to both venues for putting on such well run events
A big well done to Aaron for accepting being "volunTOLD" what he is doing with the ponies😜 Angel is going from strength to strength and in his first combined training with Camille and only his 3rd time doing a 90cm track with her he was one of only 8 clears and ended up a very good 9th out of 20. Great way to be starting the season
