Faithe showing that 16 yrs old she still got it. She alerted to a rising blood suger and my bp is a little up. With the stress of all that's going on with my family I'm having issue. Plus I'm fighting my insurance to make them pay for my thyroid meds. So I have had to skip dosage so I do not run out. I swear if these dipsticks had to live one week in my body they would understand my hell. Time to rest and de-stress.

We took a lunch break at the park to watch the swans and geese while we ate our lunch. A squirrel came up to the door and scared Dusty. So now the rest of the time she was on high alert for the squirrel. Lol 😆 🤣 at home we allow her to chase the squirrel up the trees. So she had a love/ hate with them.

We had a good day running errands today. Dusty is getting better with handling barking dogs. I really wish people wouldn't bring their dog into stores that are not pet friendly. Your barking, lunging, snarling dog is a danger and a distraction to my service dog. Please don't do this. Not only is it illegal but it could cost you a lot of money if I have to either retire Dusty or your dog injured her. Just a friendly PSA.

It's been raining here for days now. Both girls are done with it and so am I. My body hurts like crazy. It's not helping my mood.
There had been a lot going on here and I'm struggling to stay positive. 2025 has been the year that just keeps kicking my family while we are down.
I'll allowed my pity party. Don't worry I'm not unpacking and moving in. I'm just going to sit here and stew for a little while.
My family has lost so much this yr. And we are struggling. But we keep putting one foot in fount of the other and take it day to day. Yall keep dry out there. And keep us in your prayers please.

We have had really bad thunderstorms the last 2 nights. Poor Faithe hates them. Last night she snuck down into grandma apartment to sleep with her. Tonight she can't sneak down because we closed our door. Want to guess were she is hiding? Yep under the covers in-between Chris and I. Poor old girl. Tiny but might service dog hates thunder. I don't blame her.
