Exploring the exciting world of mushrooms and the amazing benefits they have for dogs. I introduced immune support last fall with Shiitake Mushrooms. Last week I introduced Skin and Coat Support With Reishi Mushrooms. I am just getting started! Dog Treats for me, aren't just about making a tasty treat, but also getting helpful nutrients to dogs. So many dog parents have so many different needs for their pups, whether it is allergies, low calorie, low sugar, low protein, skin problems, etc. I want to help all the pups! No these treats aren't a cure, but can help promote a healthy balance.

Moondog Bakery is looking for some weekend help in Williamsburg! Saturdays 730am-1230pm. Must love dogs and tolerate people! Must have a vehicle that fits market set up.(2 tables, easy up, shelves) pay is 15$/hr plus commission.

Perfect day for our favorite road trip to the mountains for some fresh ground flour from ! We even got to stop at the best dog park we have ever been to in Charlottesville. It is a fenced in dog park on the lake! So much fun!

Finally here! Did you know in the state of Virginia, you must be licensed by the Virginia Department of Agriculture to sell packaged dog treats? Did you know each flavor and size must be registered? This is to insure your dogs are getting quality dog treats! Make sure to ask your local packaged dog treats provider if they are registered with VDACS

Moondog Bakery was honored to donate treats to the Henrico Animal Shelter. The event, Operation Furry Feast provided a delicious meal of Fresh Turkey, Pumpkin, Green Beans, and a home made dog treat to all of the dogs in the shelter. The kitties also got a home made meal as well.. Moondog Bakery has donated many treats over the years but this was the first time I was able to see the pups enjoy all the local goodness. It brought me so much joy to see the dogs appreciate their wonderful meal and treats. I wish I could take them all home with me. Thank you for the invite and look forward to donating again.

Today is Todd's 1 year anniversary of his gotcha day. It was an emotional roller coaster adopting this guy but he landed right where he was supposed to. I couldn't have gotten through the year without this young man. I took January off to regroup and had some unexpected obstacles but Moondog Bakery will be back at the markets in February! We will have some awesome new products that I can't wait to announce in the next few months! Stay tuned! Todd and I can't wait to see everyone again! #cbddogs #rvadogsofinstagram #dogsofintsagram
