Love our church family and their support of our ministry!

During this month's Pacesetters luncheon, we heard from church member Donna Strickland about her & her husband's Therapy Dog work and how it opens doors to meaningful ministry all across the Gulf Coast. 🧡

Their partner-in-service, Piper the St. Berdoodle, makes friends with people in hospitals, nursing homes, college campuses, and more, and her presence often paves the way for conversations about the faith and hope that can be found only in Christ.

Praise the Lord today for how He has uniquely gifted us and provided for MINISTRY opportunities in all of our lives. 🙏

What a special day Dad and I got to share with such gracious and caring people! We got to celebrate and remember the wonderful relationships with families and friends we’ve made over the past year! Watching the compassion of the Canon Hospice family has been a very important part of our journey!

🌟 Pet Therapy Team Highlight - Piper the St Berdoodle Therapy Dog 🌟
It's and we want to send a special thanks to our four-legged volunteers! Our pet therapy team selflessly provides emotional support for our patients and staff. Meet one of our pet therapy dogs, Piper! She's a St. Berdoodle (a St. Bernard and Poodle mix) who's 19 months old and AKC Good Citizen certified. She loves head pets and her favorite treat is actually romaine lettuce!

Well I can’t believe I have my first quarter under my belt (or harness)! I’ve made so many friends and learned so much about how to love and be loved! In 4 months, with Mom and Dad, I have made 114 visits, spent 148 hours on the job, traveled 2,012 miles and interacted with 4,249 very important friends!

We have graduated and become part of Visiting Pet Teams of South Mississippi, traveled to campuses to support students, volunteered in hospitals, respite programs, rehab centers and assisted living centers!

Many thanks to all the places that have allowed us to share our heart so far! Hoping to meet so many more!
