Lovely Lila is great! She's incredibly well mannered on leash, mostly ignored other people and dogs... but she does pull to try to chase birds! Easily manageable to walk, but I must see the birds before her as to not be caught off guard

A big thing to watch out when your dog is sniffing the grass is for is chicken bones!! People are eating some kind of chicken (fried) for takeout and then littering the bones in the grass. Mildly infuriating because of the choking hazard!

Sometimes when clients go away, they need someone to water and feed their other pets, or water their plants! This family has two cats, one of which loves affection. (The other hid under the blankets on top of the bed!)

Hey, meet Zoey! One of my latest clients, she's a bit shy when she first meets you, but she's super friendly and great on leash! She walks close with a loose leash, only stopping to sniff and go potty. However, it's difficult to get a flattering photo as she doesn't like to look at the camera!

Mitch will be away Thursday July 14 (tomorrow) until Monday July 18, in case of needing to book/cancel/reschedule any walks.
All current clients are already aware and taken care of.
Possibly looking for a backup walker for a few days in August to cover some of my walks. Let me know of any walkers who may be interested in a few extra walks one week.

This is me and my own pup, Khachi! I love to walk him to English Bay to sit and people/dog watch, to try to desensitize him to all the different kinds of sounds of crowds. In another week and a half, he'll have his last booster shots and be ready to meet you all at the dog parks!

Monday afternoon I had an hour long walk with Toki in that heat. We walked around the Lost Lagoon and then up and down some nearby streets to round out the hour. This was his happy yet tired face heading back inside!

Ahhh yes, TGIF!! I've been puppy-sitting the last few days, in addition to my own pup, and as fun as it has been it has also been exhausting! *whew*

You may have seen me walking my new pup around the neighborhood, Khachi the Cockapoo! He will be about fully vaccinated in a month, at which point he'll be free to say more hellos.

Posting and promoting has slowed down as my partner and I just moved into a new apartment, but I am still accepting clients here in the West End! Even if you use another dog walking service already, I'd still be happy to meet you in case ever in the future you need a replacement or a backup walker in short notice!
