Don't forget to wipe your dog’s paws and belly after walks to remove any ice or salt, and regularly check for cracks in paw pads or for redness between the toes.

Grit/rock salt can be toxic to dogs and cats if ingested.

I'm dedicating this post the the craziest Spaniel I know Louie, who's travelling to Australia 🇦🇺

I've walked Lou since 2010, when he was just 10 months old. He's been a character since the day I met him! The king of tricks and gives the best kisses 💋

Lots of walks, cat, and small animal visits this week and last

We also gained two new members of the WT family Reggie and Barbra, who have slotted straight in with their new friends 💕

I've also been house sitting a small holding, so it's been a busy few weeks

This job is fabulous most days, but some days it's also sad. Yesterday the beautiful hen Barb passed away, whilst her guardian is away 😢 🌈

These are open to dogs in Witham. The dog must get on well with a mix of neutered males and bi***es, in a group of up to x6 dogs

We'll all see lots of these around this time of year, aswell as Conkers

Both have similar affects to your dog if eaten

Acorn and Conkers are also poisonous to your horse! 🐴

Contact your vet if you think your dog or horse have potentially eaten either!

I've been feeling pritty unwell due to a terrible cold, so their happy faces have definitely helped 💕
