Whenever I’m making a meal like this one, I just toss some micros into it and let them wilt down so that they melt into the sauce.

This picture is from my recent stroganoff but you could easily do the same with a pasta sauce…(even if you just dump a jarred sauce into the pot and throw the micros into it while you boil water for your pasta). 🍝

There are a never ending list of chores to do when you own your own business but I think I’ve found my favorite. 😊

I’d always heard that you have to pick the unused flowers off your plants in order to encourage more blooming but didn’t really understand how true that was until I started growing these beauties and saw that principle in action! 🌸

We’ll have the usual micros: Broccoli, Pea Shoots, Crunchy Salad mix, and even some Fava and Sunflower. As always, we’ll have live trays of wheatgrass and pet grass and of course I’ll have a few loaves of homemade sourdough bread for you too. 🤗

Although this video is sped up, I put this super healthy breakfast together in under 5mins, which includes the egg cooking time! 🍳 🌱 There is NO SHAME in using convenience foods like Costco guac, shredded cheese, and jarred salsa when trying to eat healthy. How many servings of micros in a clamshell? 🤔 🌱 While YOU are who ultimately determines what a “serving” is, I figured I’d show you an example using sunflower 🌻 as my test subject. 🌱 I will typically put half a clamshell of Crunchy Mix on my plate and use that as a salad base or just throw a bunch of leftovers on top! 🥗 🌱 My partner will put two 😳 whole clamshells of Micros into whatever he’s taking for lunch because he microwaves it all together and they lose a significant amount of volume. 🌱 So it’s really up to you! 😎 🌱 Whatever amount you use…know that you are doing amazing things for your overall health by taking your Vitamin Micros daily. 🤩 🌱 What is your favorite microgreen serving size?
