Side note: we’re often asked, “What’s the difference between Gluten-Free & Wheat-Free?”
Great question! Gluten-Free means that the product was made having no contact with any gluten during the baking process. Wheat-Free means that the product itself does not contain gluten, but it was made in a space that contains shared allergens (i.e. an oven that was used to bake bread earlier).
An individual with Celiac Disease or hypersensitivity to gluten should not consume products that are wheat-free.
