My number 1 slave has paid homage to my ‘Royal’ status as king of the house, by recreating the Iron Throne out of (my favourite thing to sit in) a cardboard box. I am the king and all other pets in my house have to now ‘bend the paw’ to swear allegiance.

Five years ago, I hunted and killed 15 eggs that had invaded the kitchen. My feeders were impressed with my prowess and skill.
The yellow and clear bits were a weird slimy texture but tasted good.

Rudolf the red nose raindeer is under my control.
Santa Paws says he has put me on the ‘Nice’ list if I promise to return Rudolf safely to him (when he flys over the south coast of England tonight… ) so I’m on he Nice list!

I’m home! I’ve been staying in a posh Veterinary hospital.
I must not eat the dogs tablets (wrapped in cheese) as paracetamol is toxic. My liver is still a little delicate so will have to see the vet again next week.
Hopefully I’m getting better each day but happy to be waited on by my family of human slaves. Chef feeder was very excited when I came out of the vets. I think my extra loud meowing of Wwooow, told her I was coming home.

An update.

Our gorgeous boy, Cosmo ate one of the dogs 1/3rd paracetamol tablets (yes we all know what cats are like with tablets, so this astounded us) and received a bout of toxic poisoning. Within an hour of ingestion, we had caught him (I’m sure he went out and bragged to the other cats in the neighbourhood), and drove him straight to the local vets. He was then transferred to a very large Vet Hospital for the anti-paracetamol antidote to be administered.
He’s been in the vet hospital since 0200 hrs Thursday (GMT). Cosmo is receiving excellent care and has been injected every six hours with the antidote. We have to wait 72hrs (so another 16 hours more) to ensure there is no/minimal/ survivable liver damage.
As you would all expect from drama queen Cosmo, he does not have a number of both Vets and Veterinary nurses, but a selection of ‘medical slaves’ adhering to his every need. He (I’m sure) is in the Penthouse kennel and has been demanding cuddles, sitting on there shoulders, (undoubtedly appearing as King Cosmo and sitting there as they check on other in-patients) and talking to his ‘staff’ of his discontent for being confined.
The nurses love him and say “he has a big personality for a cat”.
His brothers (2 dogs & 1 cat) and sisters (1 dog & 2 cats) are all missing him in different ways. But his brother (from another species) Montie, the chihuahua x pug is pining for his pointy eared, sharp toothed cuddle buddy to get home.
Hopefully he will be back to his usual cat-itude self soon and more updates and photos will follow. X
