🚨Has your horse suffered a Tendon Injury?

Tendon injuries in horses can occur due to a variety of factors, including:

🔥 Overuse: Repetitive motions or prolonged periods of exercise without adequate rest can strain the tendons, leading to injury.

🔥 Accidental Injury: Slipping, falling, or stepping awkwardly can result in immediate damage to the tendons.

🔥 Poor Training Practices: Incorrect or excessive training methods can increase the risk of tendon injuries.

🔥 Inadequate Warm-Up or Cool-Down: Failing to properly prepare the horse's body for exercise or to cool down afterwards can cause tendon stress.

🔥 Unsuitable Footing: Competing or training on hard, uneven, or soft surfaces can adversely affect the tendons.

🔥 Improper Shoeing: Incorrectly fitted shoes or shoes that do not match the horse's need can lead to uneven pressure and strain on the tendons.
