Kygo soaking up some summer sun this afternoon. He likes to pace the yard and find that perfect spot that’s just a little shady with a lot of sun exposure.
☀️
Then he plops down, licks his paw for a good while, slowly shuts his eyes and drifts off to sleep. Until we call out “dinner!”

This lil lady is absolutely gorgeous. She has the same pattern as the rest of the Savannah fam but it’s far more subtle. Luckily she absolutely loves pets and head scratches, so it’s easy to see the black spots throughout her coat.

Black Savannahs are fairly rare and require both parents to carry a recessive gene called non-agouti. The result is a “ghost” pattern that’s only visible in bright sunlight or close inspection.

Meet Archer! He’s our big beautiful boy who loves to swim, chow down on organic chicken and get lots of head scratches

Like most Savannahs he’s bonded to us and we’re his humans. It’s hard to imagine a world without these gorgeous creatures in it.

If you take Wednesday any more seriously than these two do then you need a vacation!

One important tip people always recommend to fight kitty boredom is to pair them with a play partner. And what better play partner for Lexie than Luca? They can spend whole afternoons running around, exploring and playing with toys.

Oh gosh, (yawns) who’s ready for an afternoon nap?? The weather’s breezy and nice, the grass is warm and it’s next to impossible not to nod off. Sometimes you just gotta embrace cat life and find a comfortable spot to relax
